Ka-usap ko lang delivery driver why hindi dumating order ko when 17 sa umaga nag message na sya, today is 18 sa hapon i called his number bakit hindi dumating parcel ko yesterday sabi nya hindi nya nadeliver kasi day off nya today. Respectfully, bobo po ba kayo? 17 order ko tas di dumating kasi 18 ang day off? Bakit parang tarantado po kayo kausap?

It's always late when the courier is SPX Express. For example. My order is from Laguna and I am from Pasay City Metro Manila, the item is still not here. It's been 5days already.

Bad Riders

3 of my parcels got on-hold by the spx riders! Those parcels are very essential. The riders don't have patience, they should be seminar about that! lol! My recent parcel that got cancelled by the rider is very important to me, I am at home when shopee notified me that it was out for delivery, I waited the whole day at home, I got zero info. and notif. from the rider.

Worst, di man lang kayo mai korek ng employer at sa halip pinagttkpan pa, tsk tsk tsk. makes you both magnanakaw for not trying to correct the wrong doings ng employees.

Spx; WORST COURIER

Never in my life did I think Shopee would rely on a courier this bad as their main delivery service. Back in the day, online shoppers rarely had serious issues with J&T, for example. But this one, SPX, is a masterclass in disorganization.

First, they don’t bother providing the rider’s contact number unless you ask their agents, and when you finally do, the agents (who might as well be robots reading a script) give you numbers that are either inaccurate or unreachable.

Second, their tracking system is pure smoke and mirrors. It constantly changes statuses like “parcel is here,” “parcel is there,” “parcel in transit,” yet if you actually read them closely, they all mean the same thing, nothing has changed. They make it look like progress is happening when in reality, your package is probably sitting untouched.

Third, the delivery times are laughable. The “estimated delivery date” just keeps extending like it’s on some kind of never-ending road trip. I once ordered from a shop literally in the same area as me. Perfect, right? I thought it would be faster than usual, but no. It took even longer than orders I’ve received from mainland China. Yes, mainland China.

Lastly, and this might not apply to every single one of them, but probably to the majority, their riders are just plain unaccommodating. Really. I don’t know if it’s supposed to be the rider’s responsibility to notify recipients in advance about an incoming parcel, but if not, then SPX should at least have an automated notification system. Not everyone checks the tracker 24/7. Instead, riders just suddenly appear in the area without warning and boom, COD deliveries fail.

To make things worse, their agents (who I’m convinced work directly with SPX) don’t seem to relay concerns properly, or maybe it’s just that SPX doesn’t act on them at all. Either way, the result is the same: zero action, endless waiting, and a delivery experience that somehow manages to get worse over time.

Shopee really needs to rethink this courier. At this point, I trust carrier pigeons more.

No to SPX

I wish not to order instead if it's with SPX delivery hub. My parcel just keep adjusting its estimated day of delivery and it takes so long to get my parcel. Not a responsible hub.

Unreliable Courier Service Company

Terrible customer service! My parcel was 2 days out for delivery yet until now the parcel hasn't arrive yet. If there is 0 star, that's what I will give for the rating. Incompetent and unreliable courier service company!

Tag delivered but item is not received

The courier of SPX, Marjorie Dila Galvan did not deliver the parcel but tag it on shopee that the item is already delivered to the owner of the parcel with a proof of delivery that was captured in other place as tagged on the coordinates of the picture. The parcel is already paid. This is a form of scam. This was also experience by the other home owner near our area. We hoped that shopee will take this concern seriously and SPX will make an immediate response regarding this courier.

how can shopee continue to work with this company, it's worthless a packet that must be delivered in the next town it takes 3 days there is not even 15km between the 2, but what the hell shopee you do with these wankers, thank you take companies that want to work and fired the one that does not respect your customer otherwise I commender elsewhere.

Bad service

1 star.

This is the worst courier in the world!!! Just close your company, you're worthless anyway. I placed my order on May 30, and on May 31 it was shipped. My parcel was running smoothly, almost everyday has an update, until June 3, where my parcel already left Manila and is about to be delivered on Leyte. Usually, it only takes around 2-3 days for it to arrive, based on my experience. But on SPX, I don't know what's happening to you because it's almost 3 WEEKS and my parcel still hasn't reached Samar. There's no update, I can't track my order and there's no movement, none at all. The last update was June 3 and now it's already 18.

I doubt my order will even arrived on this point, and the worst part is, I can't cancel it.

Placed order on the 13th of May... 1 Month later!

Placed order on the 13th of May, delivery date was 1st June. This has been delayed not 1 not 2 but 3 times since! Their feedback is appalling simply siting a full warehouse and to continue waiting constantly.

I feel bad for the sellers of items being distributed by this joke of a company, order has now been cancelled!

Don't use SPX!

I've got several orders from any other…

I've got several orders from any other courier’s and okay naman ang transactions so far, from MNL to Cebu 1 week lang ang process tapos ang bilis pa ang the riders very professional, they texted or call u if their on their way to deliver your orders. Unlike SPX EXPRESS we waited for almost 2weeks since sira daw ung san juanico bridge ma dedelay daw pero nag antay parin kami since understandable naman yung rason bakit made delay pero nung pagka arrived ng orderko sa Guadalupe hub CC. Sabi ng guard bawal daw e pick up ang item so nagpa expidet ako ng order ko at by 24hrs madedeliver na daw ang order ko. So we waited another 24 hrs pero wala pading dumating. And by June 9 8:45am while tracking my order naka assigned na ang rider and dala na nya yung item so i waited another hrs para ma deliver yung order ko. While waiting for almost 5hrs chineck ko yung order ko if anong progress and boom nakaka GIGIL lang by 11:25am the status of my order was “Delivery attempt was unsuccessful” daw, the driver didn’t contact or txt regarding of my order. Try ko pa sana tawagan yung rider but they didn’t provide any infos of the rider, (bawal daw) nag complain narin ako sa shoppe about this, and after ng duty ko nag try pa kami pumunta sa hub baka sakali makuha namin ang order and nadatnan namin yung ibang customers na nag complain din regarding sa orders nila. Nakipag usap pa kami sa guard na baka pwede ma trace and at sabi ng naka assigned. Naka RTS(Returned to Seller) na daw yung order namin. Napakadali ng process ha para ma RTS samantalang we waited for almost 2weeks for nothingg!!!. I reported the driver narin pala sa pagiging napaka unprofessionalism niya. NAPAKA PANGIT NG REVIEWS NYO SPX EXPRESS fr.
