Disappointing Decline in Service Quality

I used to like the delivery service for timely arrivals, often receiving packages on the projected date or even earlier. Unfortunately, things have changed. Deliveries are now consistently late, and the **On-Time Delivery Guarantee** feels like an empty promise. Instead of honoring their commitment, they simply push back the estimated delivery date to avoid providing compensation for delays. Customers deserve transparency and reliability—not excuses

Mag close na, di nyo ma ayos service nyu, kung may choice lang di kayu ang courier na pipili-in ko kensehodang mag babayad ako ng shipping fee.

Delayed - No notif

Got my 3rd order delayed for 2 days each. Despite having a hub in our town but still got delayed. No notification no response !

Another 4 orders got delayed , some were delayed due to unforseen events..

Most useless courier I have…

Most useless courier I have encountered, have poor services their pick-up personnel is not trained. My experience was 2 pick up person went to pick up my parcels but the first person took all the parcels, after an hour another person asked about my parcels I told him someone had already picked it. So he held the parcel and it rearrange for the next day. What happened is my shop account got penalties saying I have late shipment to think the problem is their personnel, they should have improved their services, I don't have problem with other courier just this one SPX, If I have a choice I would never have this courier stressful and they can destroy my small business by their lack/poor services.

i made an order on shopee and turns out that the rider did fake call attempt just to have proof and the parcel is on hold without clear communication my parcel is returned to the seller the rider also don't have specific location when ordering my parcel the rider is making a decision without customers permission "confirm cancel" the audacity

Incredibly Frustrating Delivery Experience

I ordered a parcel that was supposed to be delivered today, but it has been delayed without clear communication. I checked the status and saw that it was marked as "on hold" at 7:15 PM due to weather conditions. While I understand weather delays are sometimes unavoidable, this still reflects very poorly on the service.

I’ve had several experiences with SPX, and it’s becoming clear that their system can’t handle delays efficiently, leaving customers in the dark with no proper updates or alternatives. I’ve seen other users sharing similar frustrations, and this just isn’t acceptable.

If you're looking for reliable delivery, it’s worth considering other options. I’ll definitely think twice before using SPX again.

They are the worst

They are the worst! Mga suplado at sinungaling ang mga rider nila. They don’t call, they don’t text and they don’t show up. Tapos sasabihin nilang 3rd failed attempt at isosoli ang merchandise. Never ever use them kung gusto nyong mag online business!

Buyers and Sellers: Beware of SPX!

Speaking as a seller, SPX sucks. They take DAYS to pick up items, and that’s in spite multiple complaints from the seller’s end. Worse, delivery printouts are not provided for (seller does the printing), and they leave you NO RECEIPT OF PICKUP. In the event of a dispute, this means sellers will have no physical proof the items were ever picked up. Buyers, beware: heed every negative review you have read, and AVOID SPX when shopping and shipping with Shopee. Sellers, protect yourselves by documenting your pickups—take photos to prove they were picked up. Shopee is really scraping the barrel by partnering with SPX.

Third time na ayaw pa rin gumala o…

Third time na ayaw pa rin gumala o iship out galing sa hub na within sa our area namin kahit nung umaga pa dumating at inaasahan ko ng within the day. Tapos tsaka lang nila dinedeliver the next day.

Resolved the delivery riders for being lazy.

In SPX Ph, the other riders in Davao de Oro are too lazy. Customers' parcels are not delivered. They just put the address as wrong even though it is correct. So we will no longer deliver from SPX. Hope this gets resolved soon.

Rider issue

HAHAHAAHAHHAHA! Finally see it! I thought it was only me who experiencing these kind of issues. SPX Express is a headache everywhere, this is a behavioural concern guys, don’t you have Quality Control guys? para ma educate niyo mga taohan nyo how to handle good service?
We choose to get our parcel door to door delivery instead of pick-up, tapos sabihan ka lang ng rider na wrong assigned and since it was wrong assigned, can we meet up to this specific place? Like, ipastop ko lang daw yung jeep na sinasakyan ko para ma bigay na parcel ko? WTF, very unprofessional na man ng mga tao nyo. When kaya kayo mag palit yung matino!!!!!

It's possible that the recipient is busy and unable to answer calls, so please text them first before going directly to their location. It's also inconsiderate to immediately ask for the location without texting first, especially if the customer is not at home. Please be patient; a one-hour wait for a text reply is not unreasonable. Your riders should improve their attitude and provide more timely updates. Not all customers are always at home.
