Yung order ko inabot ng isang buwan, parang pina ikot ikot pa sa buong pilipinas jusko, tinrack ko order ko malapit na sa location ko at expected na i deliver within 1 or 2 days, nag antay ako wala parin, chineck ko ulit biglang lumayo, sa ibang probinsya napadpad hahaahha natawa nalang ako.

Honestly, SPX is the worst logistics ever. Deliveries takes so much time and the update is not realtime. I'm getting tired of their lame service. Also there are issues in missing parcels.

SPX Express here in Cagayan de Oro, keeps going back and fort to Delivery driver has been assigned - Your parcel has arrived at the delivery hub: MB CDO Uptown Hub. The original expected time of delivery is September 30 to October 2, 2024. Now they moved it to October 07 - October 9, 2024. What is this? You need to improve your process or else this won't be good to your company in the long run. I see reviews and comments from previous years and it has been going on for quite sometime. Hoping that you study and research to better up your service and be more accountable. Even your customer service don't even have an authentic care to their customers, with a chat bot nothing but a canned responses.

What is wrong with SPX? Laging past 7 nagde-deliver sa’min, which is okay lang naman sana sa’kin kasi dumadating tsaka maganda pakikitungo ng nagde-deliver. Problema lang talaga yung ngayon na hindi na nagte-text at tumatawag kung idedeliver ba o hindi. It’s already 9pm and hindi ko alam kung dadating pa ba yung parcel ko kasi sa shopee app, out for delivery parin. Never ko na experience sa ninja van at j&t pero sa spx? Grabe, manghuhula pa ako kung dadating pa o hindi. You don’t even put the name and the numbers ng delivery guy anymore. What’s the point? Lol

Terrible as in, my parcel was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago, but up to this point, I still dont have it. If only a zero rating is possible, I will willingly do that. Never pa to nangyari sa 6 years ko kaka order sa shopee. Patawa. Why implement something that you can't even maintain and work properly? It should've been J&T and Ninja van ONLY. Shopee Express should never be an option as a courier.

Operated by thieves
First, there is no apparent way to contact this den of thieves. Their "how to contact" page resolves to a page full of graphics, none of which are clickable and none of which contain anything resembling contact details.
Search hard enough and you'll eventually find a link to a Shoppe sub-domain, which claims to offer help. Having contacted Shopee about the situation, they have completely washed their hands of it and blamed the courier. The same applies to the Shoppe vendor.
We had two orders to be fulfilled on the same day, from the same Shopee vendor, COD. The driver arrived with the first order only, but demanded payment for BOTH orders before leaving the goods, insisting that the "other" rider would arrive with the "other" order in less than 30 minutes.
I paid for BOTH orders, as requested. The "other: order simply never arrived. I can see that the vendor shipped the order and that SPX received it at their Angles City distribution facility. They just failed to deliver it, but received payment in full regardless.
There is a word to describe that behavior. It's called theft. That's what SPX Express are. Thieves.
Be very careful when dealing with this uncontactable, unaccountable, dishonest company. Disgraceful.
