I was waiting for a call or text from the rider today because i was informed at 6 am that it was out for delivery but when I traced it back just now, it was already unable to track the recipient?

Hi SPX express,Ang location po ng delivery address ko ay sa bulubunduking parte ng probinsya kaya po expected na walang signal ng number para matawagan nio ako so, ang nilagay ko pong number ay iyong number ko dto sa bayan para po matawagan nio ako kng sakali mang idedeliver nio na ang aking parcel, sabi sa tracking hnd mo ako ma contact pero maghapon ko pong hawak ang selpon ko at ni isang tawag mula sa rider wala po akong nareceive,pwera na lng sa isang text message (5:41pm) na March 8 mare receive ko ang parcel tas sabi mo unattended ako. Yan lagi nio sinasabi pero wala naman talagang dumadating na parcel dto samin. Ikatlong beses na po ito, kawawa naman kami ni seller.

Once nangyari sa order ko na sabi unsuccessful daw yung delivery dahil mali yung address or kulang yung address when it fact you can clearly see my full address nakalagay tapos 3rd day lagi na dedeliver ang order mga tamad at ambabagal. Hindi man lang tumawag or mag text kung hindi sure kung san nakatira ang buyer tapos gagawin agad unsuccessful ang delivery na nasa bahay kalang naman the whole day. Jusq kakaurat.

attempted to be delivered. They updated fake details stating the address could not be found while I have been staying at the same address for many years.

No delivery done . Lazy ridiculous guys

Lazy kamote delivery rider

SPX kamote Rider named Jovane claimed that "DELIVERY UNSUCCESSFUL :RECIPIENT MISSED DELIVERY"
I was home the whole day fixing my yard lol!
I hope SPX will do something about this irresponsible, lazy and lying delivery rider.
We are looking forward spx action. Thank you

Screw Shoppe Express

Ordered an item on Dec 23 and the parcel haven't left Manila until Jan 2
And got delayed on CDO for 3 days (jan 4-6) and I still can't receive the parcel until Jan 13. I understand that its the holidays but that long?

The worst! Need to be out of business!!!

So I will join on this negative tread. I ordered a dress for my company’s Christmas party; asked them to send it as priority. I guess they decided to use this horrible delivery's service for priority. So I noticed that they sent me an undeliverable address message which had me confused because I receive packages all the time. So for them to state that in my tracking information made me very suspicious of them. So I used the chatbox available since they did not have an available number to call them. No response. I sent a lengthy email stating how incompetent their driver was and how they need to retrain the driver. Again no response. Today I receive a text message stating that the driver tried to deliver but couldn’t find my address and they sent me a picture of my package. Mind you my whole address is on there correctly. But their incompetent driver couldn’t read and deliver my package that was already late. So I texted the number that text me and told them that it isn’t my fault that their driver cannot read my address to deliver my package. To send it back to sender; I do not need it any longer. They need to be out if business! If we are paying for a service they need to do their job! If my package was stationed in NJ I would have picked it up myself but unfortunately it is stationed in NY and I refuse to pay the tolls, be in traffic and be aggravated. They have to be the worst delivery service!!!!!

WORST EXPERIENCE!!

I have this experience today with my parcel. I already paid for it and I check my status it was delivered already which I didn't receive at all. I called the SPX EXPRESS number in Paco Manila Office and the tenant was so rude he told me that he has nothing to do with my parcel. I also told him to track who's courier pick the parcel so that I can locate, same answer he can't help me! Poor service!

Extremely Disappointing Service from SPX Express

I recently had an unfortunate experience with SPX Express that I feel compelled to share. I placed an order with Shopee, and SPX Express was responsible for the delivery. My issue began when the delivery rider attempted to drop off the package at 10 pm, which is an inappropriate hour for any home delivery, let alone one without prior notice.

This late delivery attempt not only disrupted my family’s rest - including my young children, who need uninterrupted sleep for school - but also demonstrated a lack of consideration for the customer’s time and circumstances. Despite the item being out for delivery since 8 am, I received no communication about the delay or the late-night delivery attempt.

What exacerbated the situation was the rider’s decision to mark me as unresponsive without attempting a daytime delivery or at least messaging ahead to confirm if a late delivery would be suitable. This lack of communication and poor judgment has left me with a very negative impression of SPX Express.

I have already filed a formal complaint but wanted to share my experience to inform others. A delivery service should prioritize customer satisfaction and communication, both of which were severely lacking in this case.

Worst experience

My order has high value and it was delivered slower than regular orders. I have to say that this is the first time I have had expensive packing delivered by SPX Express and it is an awful experience. Slow delivery and status update for the order was so frustrating. I still can not receive my order on time now, how terrible it is!
