The item doesn’t match the OEM item. Mine was damaged and I wanted a replacement, but this is doesn’t fit, and is considerably shorter than the original item

Defective Parts
The center caps did not fit and the prongs were brittle and lacked flexibility. One broke while trying to install. The Customer Service representative was rude. Ground Up only offered me a return on the 3 I didn't open but they would not take responsibility for the parts not fitting. I'm guessing they will restock and resell these defective parts to someone else. I bought replacement parts from a competitor and they fit.

Not a great experience
Not a great experience. Specifically asked if all parts were in stock prior to pulling the trigger on the 950.00 purchase. Weeks went by before they shipped outta a Florida warehouse. And got 1 of 3 parts of the order first and zero information on the remaining pieces on my order. And missing hardware from what I can see. FedEx dragged the boxes across my rock landscape literally rt in front of me and dropped em at my door amd driver ran off as I was asking him questions.. frustrated and disappointed

We’re sorry for the frustration with the shipment and the confusion regarding the multiple boxes. Your order was placed on 8/26/26, shipped on 8/31/26, and the three boxes were delivered or scheduled for delivery between 9/4 and 9/5. If you’re still missing hardware or have concerns about the condition of the packages, please give us a call and we’ll be happy to help. Regarding the FedEx delivery, please contact us so we can file a claim with the carrier.
Order received with manafacturer defect. 396 took care of it.
I did receive my well packaged order in a timely manner. Unfortunately, it was defective from the manufacturer (that is why the rating is not a 5). I reached out and sent a video of the defect. They immediately started the return process by sending me a return label (I still gave a 4 because they responded so quickly). Shipped it back the same day and now waiting for them to receive, evaluate and ship me a new one.
UPDATE: 9/18
Received the new mirror. Much better condition than the first 1.

I got everything I ordered. Fast shipping, good prices . Site said if you spend over $299 shipping is free. I spent over $2200.00 . And had to pay for shipping. Bad advertisement
