Things they don't tell you
So they forget to mention everything comes from the factory. Then when they are notified by the factory that they don't have a part the SS396 site does not notify the customer. 3 weeks later I call and find out that they have to get permission from the factory to reimburse me the money spent. This whole transaction could take another 2 weeks. No. There is nothing they are willing to do to correct it. Yes they know it's a problem. Yes they know THEY got the money, but they have to wait and get authorization from the factory shipper.

Hey Paula, we apologize for the confusion. With drop shipments, things can sometimes be out of our control. It seems you were told about the back order, and I just had them check into it, it should be shipping very soon! Once again, sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Excellent parts
Excellent parts. Helps me keep my old car on the road. The only problem I have is shipping. When the shipping is more than the parts you’re buying, it’s a little hard to justify.

Hi Jeff, thanks for the feedback. Shipping has been tuff lately with the rises in fuel costs, our shippers have bumped the rates. Hopefully it all comes down soon! But remember to keep an eye out for free shipping promo emails and we always have the free shipping over $299 promo on the website too!

Hey Jeff, unfortunately with the high fuel costs, shipping rates have gone up a lot. It really affects the small stuff. We do have promo codes for free shipping, but you would need to be over $299. But always watch your email for promo shipping sales!
likpoor shipping the product
like the product, but recieved partial of hardware on Thursday but did'nt recievce control arms until Saturday.
So i had to wait 2 more days before i could start instill new units! Was to happy having to wait addition days.

Product met expectation as usual
Product (Dipstick)met expectation as usual. Here is my concern. When I looked up thr part it showed $15.81 for delivery. When I checked out increased to $23 and some change. The young lady who took my order said there is nothing she could do that I must have seen it from a 3rd party site. I had her look up the part number on line as she saw it was your site. She stood by that she couldn't do anything. I find it hard to believe that your company wouldn't make it right based on the online pricing. I just did another search for a Dipstick for a 70 MONTE CARLO big block and ss396 still shows $15 and some change for delivery.I took a screenshot to share with you. I'm not crazy or being a pain. I'm willing to share with you so you can adjust your advertising. Feel free to call me or send me a email address to share with you.

I like the material and the order got processed correctly. A little disappointed with the lack of communication created by the direct shipping. All’s good
I did respond to the email prior to this one, saying I hadn’t received it. I was incorrect, my neighbor took the package in out of the weather.
One more thing, there’s no indication as to what piece fits where…..it’s the cabin insulation, precut kit and should have some directions as to how to index the pieces properly
