Bus should be on map. Waited for my bus 30minutes in the cold just for it not to turn up. Disgraceful.

The bus driver was horrible he kept shouting at a autistic man trying to get on the bus and then when he struggled to get his phone out his pocket for his ticket the man was shouting telling him to get off and shouting that he was late when he still had 2 minutes until he was going to be late and the whole way to the next stop he was gurning and swearing when there was children on the bus close to him close enough to hear him

The bus times online is always wrong so do not rely on it. They should disband this service as the drivers say it never works and just print the timetables. This has happened twice to me in 2 weeks and I have only got 3 buses. This is why I avoid the bus when I can.
Misleading bus fares
Misleading bus fares. I bought a ticket from Worthing to Brighton for 5.50 that said I could return to Worthing up to 4am In the morning but I was charged 2P extra when I boarded my return bus. Misleading fare... You should not trust the fare displayed on the app.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Stagecoach Bus. The service was unreliable from start to finish. The bus arrived late without any explanation, and when it finally showed up, it was overcrowded and uncomfortable. The driver was unhelpful and seemed completely uninterested in assisting passengers or providing basic information. Because of this, I missed my connecting bus and ended up losing two hours of salary. The whole situation was caused by the driver’s poor handling and lack of responsibility.

Very bad service from between Edinburgh and Dunfermline. I do not recommend. The busses are full which requires waiting another 30, 60 mins to a next service. Quality is also very poor, old busses, dirty and damaged. Avoid if you can

Not a stage coach passenger
Not a stage coach passenger, and the stage coach operators/Divers we all know have a time table to adhere to, but stage coach drivers have to stick to the road traffic rules, and are not above the law, nor own the roads.
And I hope the driver of the bus that nearly rammed me off the road gets sacked, or at least made to sit additional lessons.
And when drivers of the buses nearly wipe out another vehicle that driver is required to drive his details.
So now I will be installing HD CCTV cameras on the front, back and both sides of my vehicles!
That near collision could've resulted in multiple injuries including the passengers on the bus, all because the driver had a timetable to adhere to.
Drivers of all vehicles, be courteous, follow the laws of the highway,don't drive under the influence. stay off mobile devices, and concentrate on the road and other vulnerable road uses and pedestrians, it just takes one second for things to go south!

KoolBest bus driver ever on the 22X to Barnsley and the 217 to Rotherham these both 2 drivers are the best because I could stumble into a nice chat with both drivers highly recommend to give a fist bump to the driver if he is good because it gives a smile on the drivers face and it gives a smile on my face 10/10 service on both buses
Waiting for the 12.30pm bus since…
Waiting for the 12.30pm bus since 12.15pm and at12.42pm I check what time the bus was expected as no delays anticipated when I checked times at 12noon. It appears the 1.01pm bus is due on time and the 12.31 is now arriving at 1.42pm. As my appt is Skegness is 2pm I am most certainly going to be laye now. Stagecoach must have known of delay why not show it sooner. It's not as if I will receive a discount for waiting over an hour for the bus. Ridiculous service. The government wonder why people drive! I'm 65 and already having to wait until I'm 68 for a bus pass!!! No doubt by the time I get to 68 the free bus pass won't exist. I don't usually complain but we already have 1 bus an hour in the winter so poor show it seems Stagecoach feel 1 an hour in summer months is acceptable.

Well as per stagecoach don’t understand, 8 am Northampton I went to board the 12 to east hunsbury , however there was 2 buses 12a east hunsbury and 12 brackmills so 2 buses said wrong things so I boarded the east hunsbury but for it to turn out to be Brackmills bus so wrong numbers and names on front of the bus so that’s annoying .
Stagecoach Devon Modbury to Plymouth
This morning, I asked for a day rider ticket,first to take me to the city centre and then to Modbury, ensuring that I told the driver EXACTLY where I was going. All well on my outbound journey, but I have just got on a bus to return to Plymouth from Modbury and was greeted by an incredibly rude "...No..." from the female bus driver. Nothing I said was listened to or acknowledged in any good customer service way, she just said absolutely not, no and no chance whenever I attempted to explain that it was Stagecoach who had given me the wrong ticket and information. So I have a day rider and a separate single ticket. They don't know what they are doing, the drivers obviously don't have the same correct information and they certainly don't give a hoot about customers, customer service and enabling the public to a smooth, fairly priced day of bus travel. Pity they have the public over a barrel, as basically the choice I had was pay again or walk.

I get the 747 most mornings to the airport and this morning because of the clock change i checked to see if my bus was running the 2.51 in the morning. What showed on the app at 1.15 was the next bus at 3.05 then said it was at 3.11. This bus would have got me in late so had to get a taxi which cost me £50 i was not happy when i later found out the bus i originally get was running. There has been a few occasions where the app has shown wrong times. Not happy
Worst bus if you are not small.
Can I say that you should never get the x24/27 from Fife to Glasgow if you are not small. Twice in a month I tried this service and banged my head and cut my head. It is absolutely terrible that a bus can be so bad. All other Fife buses to Edinburgh or Edinburgh Airport are great this one should be scrapped. I have no complaints about the drivers they do a good job but the design of this double decker leaves a lot to be desired.
