Stair Warehouse Avis 

I called the support line to request 1 extra foot of the stair rail I ordered (red oak #5600.) The person I spoke with said that was not available.
Unfortunately, when I called to the first time to confirm what to measure, the end pieces were not included in the measurement, so I have two angled ends with no extra to attach to the wall. (aprox. 4.5" each).
The support person said there was no way to contact the manufacturer to order some extra rail but that I could order a 4-foot piece for $96.
I need two bannisters and had them picked out from your organization but will be using another vendor given what has happened.

Wow, the owner made everything right within hours of my review and even took a suggestion to remind customers to order end pieces to the stair rail. I would definitely use this vendor again. Customer service at its highest!

Ordering was easy, shipping timeframe was spot on! My order arrived un damaged and the quality of the product looks spectacular. I installed only one of the bracket system right away to see if will work out for my application. Definitely impressed and is going to make the rest of my project so much easier!!

Installation was so easy I was able to do it myself. I absolutely love them. I didn’t realize I was supposed to put a straight pole and then a decorative one. That is why my first decorative pole didn’t fit under the first hole. So I had to turn them all in the other direction. But I love them so much. I’ll send a picture.

Excellent customer service, high quality product. Went with the mega 3/4" flat black balusters and shoes. Larger size than what Home Depot/Lowes offers.

$77 shipping charge to send 10 square hollow balusters, 6 shoes, and 3 circle panel balusters. When I called, disinterested woman who returned my call said “well that’s the price”. So if you order from this place, check the shipping charge. $155 worth of product with a $77 shipping charge seems a bit ridiculous.

Easy navigation on site, good communication, fair price, speedy delivery, arrived in good condition.

As always quick delivery from time of order. Thought shipping was wayy too much since other stair parts venders are flat rate fees for 200-300 dollar orders. Shipping started at over 100.00 which i questioned . Got a response and it was lowed 47.00 because of calculation mistake. Thank you for being a great company to order from.

so far, my experience has been fine, you've taken my order online, confirmed it and told me when to expect delivery.

We Redid our basement stairs ourself, literally every single piece and once it was time to put the stair posts up with shoes, we find out the rail we installed has wrong angle.... and two bags full of shoes we could not use. Luckily we found the zip brackets and shoe kits from stair warehouse, we had again pay for something additional but man these saves our lives, sanity and the staircase. They worked beautifully! One top shoe has stripped set screws so we need to work around that but the rest were perfect. Thank you!

The newell post was exactly what i was looking for and in stock, delivered in a timely manner.

Prompt service and excellent quality product.

Overall a great product. Slight twist and warp in the railing which caused some more attention on our end while executing some complicated joinery. Saw kerf still present on the flat side of the round.

There were multiple styles of balusters to choose from. I'm trying to recreate a craftsman style fireplace surround and the ones I chose should highlight the piece. Their customer service was very helpful with my order.

The balusters I ordered couldn’t be found locally, thus the reason I ordered them online. I ordered them on the 7th, they shipped on the 10th, I recieved them 6 days later. That was all good and they were exactly what I wanted. The reason for only four stars rather than five was I never received an email that they shipped on the 10th. I wrote them an email on the 15th asking when they were going to ship. The good thing was they responded immediately that they would be here the next day and there was multiple emails making sure they arrived, plus, they had further follow. I would order from them again
