Shipped quicker than expected
They are a shipper, so at first the shipping time was long, but order still showed up in a reasonable time, spindle shoes are good in consistency and quality.

How an order should be
I ordered, you shipped. Order was correct and packaged well. Shipping was fast, a smidge pricey; but I am no logistical expert, that’s probably what UPS charges you. I appreciate not having to call to follow up and getting what I ordered quickly.

Helpful and quality materials
Ordered Parts for a contempary stair railing. Customer Service was very helpful in determining the materials required. Everything arrived well packaged and in a timely manner. I had 3-16' handrails that came in by freight. They were perfectly straight and undamaged or blemished. Top quality product. Would deifinitely recommend and use again

Easy ordering
The stair warehouse website was easy to use in ordering the supplies for my railing. All items were shipped in a few days after I ordered them. They sent me emails with the tracking numbers, waiting for the packages to arrive.

We are a delivery company and deliver…
We are a delivery company and deliver furniture and appliances. Unfortunately during a washer/dryer combo that was being taken upstairs, one of the guys lost their holding and the unit came back on the other guys. He was pushed into the customer's stair railing; which resulted in some of the balusters being damaged and/or broken. Balusters are NOT easy to find!! Our original order was entered incorrectly, and so we had to reorder. Thank you for your help so we can get this customer's damages taken care of!!

Product well packaged only one item had very slight damage with that said sometimes damage is from shippers, when you work with 44" newall posts solid sometimes things just happen still would recommend this product line.

Problem was the second delivery
Problem was the second delivery. Materials on a pallet so long the shipper couldn’t deal with it. Quality was good but pulling an 8ft pallet off a liftgate is bullshit.
