Service is above and beyond and the quality of the products is incredible. Received a courtesy call to see if I’d like my products gift wrapped. Received surprise sweets along with my order and it was packaged with such care. Can’t beat the personal touch 🙌🏻

Books with wings
From France, I contacted a number of school bookshops in recent months inorder to order some books etc. The postage of most were more than the order itself and I eventually checked to see was Stakelums on line. I used this shop in Thurles as a teacher many the time on a visit home from Strasbourg...and they were always delightful, allowing me behind the counter to rummage away. Well, they were on line, much cheaper postage, a very efficient and friendly service from Robert and Emily. Well done Stakelum's and Thurles.

First of all, apologies if you have received the wrong product. After investigating the issue, it seems that the outer color of the pencil might be different from the one illustrated in the picture that you may have seen when ordering the product. Its great to shop off a small business who were so easy to deal with, very prompt, kept me informed of delivery etc and such a lovely touch adding a pack of jellies to the order, you made one little girl so happy, would 100% use Stakelums again and would highly recommend, they actually care about their customers.

Hard to find game has arrived!
I have been looking for this toy game Crazy Blender that my girl with autism loves. Your store had it and I had no idea you would ship to Canada until recently when I asked. And it arrived in only 2 weeks' time. Amazing.

Amazing eska desk
Ok won’t cannot describe how amazed I was when the desk arrived assembled.I don’t really get the time to do such a thing as I’m in college but nonetheless I’m satisfied.Only little issue was the stickers weren’t applied properly.Again no other issue might get an office chair from here too.

When I sent mail asking about the status of my purchase, I received very quick answer and they also asked my opinion how those items can be delivered.
