DISGUSTING SCAMMERS! AVOID!
DISGUSTING! Attempting to profit by scaremongering vulnerable people!! They wanted £350 to close my business account!!! Nothing to do with Companies House like they admitted on the phone! Just an independent filthy company taking your money, steer clear and sort it out yourself for free on the companies house website

I'd give this a zero star
I'd give this a zero star. I by mistake paid them thinking it was a letter from Companies House. They then go on to request personal ID information - by which time, you realise (too late) that they are charging over the price you would pay Companies House. Has anyone reported them to the financial regulator?

Beware they are sending a very official…
Beware they are sending a very official letter stating you have 3 options to file in confirmation statement with the companies house. The latter has a very intimidating form 1st mentioning the penalties by the companies house leading immediately to ONLY 3 available options to stay compliant, totally missing the fact that you can do it absolutely for free yourself. They make it look as if you have to pay them. VERY misleading practise.
Scamy and shody marketing practice.
It is linked to 2020accountancy.com. The letter that they send takes you to this website via a qr code. I suppose they want to keep they unfair and misleading marketing communication separated from the main site.
