My parcel was delayed by a few days and the tracking stayed on the same update for a while. I contacted support and received a reply explaining what was happening, which helped. The order arrived safely a couple of days later. I was pleased with the quality once I finally had everything in hand.

This was our first and last time ordering from here. The shoes we ordered are not true to size but to return these brand new unworn shoes would cost us a restocking and shipping fee as opposed to them giving a prepaid return label. They then offered a small percentage refund. Very poor customer service! I would not recommend this company to anyone—ever! 🤬

I ordered a $100 pair of vintage “ leather” boots. I received temu quality plastic boots. Lesson learned yet another scam site. Steer clear

The shoes I received are one of the worst purchases I have ever made - the picture of them on IG was super cute. Not so much when I received them.

When I opened the bag they smelled liked chemicals, the soles were cheap rubber and the buckle didn’t even buckle the way it’s supposed to - it was like a hook or something. There is no label or info inside the shoe to even have a brand name.

I purchase the Lucienne Leather Mary Jane. I can’t even describe the way they fasten, never seen anything like it / but never again will I purchase anything from this company.

I must have received 10 emails on the shipping status, so I’ll give them one star for communication.

I purchased a pair of sandals from Stanley & Cooper, and they arrived with a serious functional issue. The ankle strap does not securely fasten or stay in place, making the shoes unusable. I contacted customer service immediately and provided photographs showing the issue.

Their first response was that the strap was not broken and that this was “part of the design and style of the shoes.” I explained that regardless of whether this was intentional, the strap does not function properly and the shoes cannot be safely worn.

I requested a full refund and a prepaid return shipping label because the shoes arrived defective. They first offered me a 20% refund to keep the shoes, and when I declined, they increased the offer to a 40% refund to keep them. When I continued to request a return and full refund, they told me I would have to pay the return shipping myself.

I understand that their standard return policy requires the customer to pay return shipping for a normal return. However, their refund policy has a separate section for “Damages and Issues,” which states that customers should contact them immediately if an item is received defective or damaged and that they will provide a resolution for defective items. I reported the problem immediately and provided photographs.

This was not a situation where I changed my mind, didn't like the shoes, or simply had a sizing issue. The shoes arrived in a condition that made them unusable.

Love my shoes perfect fit.

The shoes I ordered from this supposedly US site were sent from China. They were badly packed which resulted in creased and misshapened shoes. The shoes were not as advertised, the buckles were fake, I’m not convinced they are leather and the stacked leather sole is a cheap rubber compound material and not as advertised. I immediately tried to contact their customer service dept. but the email listed on the site is invalid and the contact number doesn’t ring.
