After an initial frustration over…
After an initial frustration over installation being delayed, the person who came to install on a Saturday was great!!! He did a great job and was very helpful in explaining how to use out and all of the little details that help my mother use it comfortably and easily! So far the unit has worked perfectly and my mom has quickly adapted to using it everyday and it helps her with her limited mobility a ton!! Very happy with the unit and the installer was awesome!!!

The chair was installed in a timely manner which I loved! A demonstration was given on how to use the chair. All questions that I had regarding the durability and warranty were answered. Very happy with our custom unit
The custom unit we ordered fits perfectly into our space. Installation took less than a day and the installers were very careful and did a good job. The unit moves up and down very quietly so I can use it in the middle of the night without waking my husband. The chair is just the right height for me to get in and out of.

The stair glide is a knee and back saver. I only wish I had done it years ago. I no longer feel trapped downstairs all day till someone was there to help me upstairs. The salesman and installer were both professional, courteous and very helpful.

I am very happy with my new stair-lift, never expected it to be so sleek and comfortable, should have ordered one much sooner. It is a real relief to not have to climb those stairs.
