I loved the customer service and got the perfect glasses for me I am very happy with my purchase

I came in as a walk-in on Tuesday April 21st and had one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time. The woman who helped me — her name started with M — was genuinely patient and helpful the entire visit. I needed two pairs of glasses and she took the time to help me find frames that actually worked for me instead of just pointing me at a rack. I ended up picking a pair of dark powder blue wire frames and a pair of pink frames for computer work, and I'm honestly thrilled with both of them. She didn't rush me, she didn't make me feel like a walk-in was an inconvenience, and she made the whole process easy and comfortable. I've been putting off getting glasses for too long and she's the reason I walked out of there feeling good about it. She deserves to be recognized — she's the kind of person who makes people want to come back.

I was very displeased by my experience at Stanton Optical. I went a few years ago and had a good experience. However going this time I was told that my eyesight was now 20/20 when I came in because I was noticing differences in my vision. I told them I just wanted something for my eyes and astigmatism. I have also had an astigmatism and glasses for years. I asked about glasses and contacts. I was told that giving contacts a go would be a good option. I wasn't shown how to put them in or take them out. I should add I have never used contacts before this. I should have asked more questions but it felt very rushed. I ended up calling in because I didn't notice any difference from the contacts. The manager had me come back in for a reevaluation. On the phone she told me that they don't typically recommend contacts for my prescription and that it wouldn't help with the astigmatism or blue light. They used my prescription from the glasses I brought in. The doctor I saw during this visit was nice.The manager told me that I was I was basically stuck with contacts since that what I ordered the first visit that wasn't beneficial at all. I had to pay more money for the updated contacts but have no desire to even pick them up because I won't wear them. When I went back I all I wanted was a pair of glasses that I could wear at work. I work with numbers and on a computer all day. They said they couldn't credit the cost of the contacts from the first visit even though they were never picked up. I was only able to do contacts if I wanted some of the money to credit. Needless to say the contacts are still at Stanton. I just wanted something to make things clear and help with eye fatigue. I won't be back.

My daughter got her glasses here and broke them 3 days later, and they were really awesome about getting it resolved!

Glasses look great,employees friendly,yet professional. My eye exam was with a present optometrist whom was very thorough. I shall remain a customer the next time I need eye attention....thank you all!

They came through when I needed some help with my visual needs. I was able to get my glasses within a couple days and the manager was phenomenal. I was able to use a loaner pair until my glasses arrived. I recommend them highly.

Great customer service, quick turn around time. They have a deal advertised for way less than your appt + frames + lenses actually come out to. So they lose a star for that. Otherwise I would recommend

All the ladies at Stanton are very knowledgeable and helpful when getting an exam and helping to pick out the best look. Big frame selection and alot of fun while visiting g the store

No doctor in office, or even on a video call to supervise the process made me feel less confident about the prescription results.
I came in for the 2 pairs for $79 but add ons were pushed on me as if it wasn't a choice due to my prescription so i ended up going over budget by $40. My concerns about going over budget were answered with excuses for why the add ons were "necessary". In the end, I felt coerced into paying the extra.
The organization of the store made it hard to pick out the frames within the promo guidelines. A lot of the tags were missing on the frames and they claimed a pair that I picked had a green tag when it was clearly blue, so i wasn't able to get my first choices of frames.
The time estimate on the website is 30 minutes but i ended up being there for 2 hours dealing with all of these issues. Overall, I felt they cared more about making a sale than taking care of my needs and concerns.

They were all amazing! I got my glasses so fast and everyone there was so helpful!!

Service was fine but I was given an eye test without a doctor in the room(kinda weird). That would have been fine but when it’s all said and done I paid name brand prices for what ended up being a pretty cheap pair of frames. I’ve had them for a month and I’m already scared they’re going to break. All in all I needed new glasses and I have them but would not return.

Really enjoyed the staff. I felt that they were friendly and knowledgeable. I did not love that it took almost 3 weeks for my glasses to be completed.

The staff was amazing, patient, and well trained. They had a sudden rush of people, held their cool, and stayed professional and happy the whole time. Would recommend
