Really enjoyed the staff. I felt that they were friendly and knowledgeable. I did not love that it took almost 3 weeks for my glasses to be completed.

The staff was amazing, patient, and well trained. They had a sudden rush of people, held their cool, and stayed professional and happy the whole time. Would recommend

Wide variety of frames and options!

Used my own frames but upgraded to the polycarbonate lenses. The lens quality is excellent and I am very happy with the pricing.

Appointments were easy to schedule. It took almost no time at all. Staff were friendly and helpful. One of my glasses is late coming in, but the other came on time.

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, they helped me find a great deal on contacts, great customer service and very quick.

Stanton couldn't fit the lenses in my frames. See picture. Supposed to fill prescription with their lenses and frames. Still waiting for them.

Doctor was very thorough. He needs to work on hand writing for future reference.

Came through with my new glasses. 2nd year in a row!!! Love them!

Great customer service

The ladies down at Stanton Optical are amazing. They worked with me to get a couple of sets of glasses all awhile my 4 year old was running around. They were patient and I cant say enough about them thank you guys so much.

I was not notified that my glasses were ready. They told me in 10 days. I called and I was told they were ready. 4 days before. They weren't as cheap as they said. I wouldn't recommend them.

Very misleading, unhelpful, and dishonest regarding the best or most cost effective way to go in regards to their "deals" or insurance. Ended up paying $200.00 for frames and waiting 2 weeks for pickup, just to go back 2 days later because the frames are coming apart. They inform me that oh, thats normal wear and tear, I had only worn them for maybe 4 hours! They "tightened/reshaped" them for me and told me my head was just so small that I'd probably continue to have this issue. Then one woman mentions they can restyle me and get different frames, I decide to do that, of course I have another 2 weeks to wait for the new frames. Later that day the frames they "fixed" are now so uncomfortable and painful I can't wear them and again feel like they are about to fall apart. Staff is very unhelpful and don't have a clue what they're doing. I am going back tomorrow and requesting a full refund and will go somewhere else. Not to mention the exam with the Dr on a TV was ridiculous I have a feeling the prescription is incorrect can't confirm that at the moment but I do plan on getting another exam done. The Dr was very hard to understand because of his accent. Overall horrible experience! Don't make the same mistake I did, read the reviews first! I wish I had! UPDATE I went to Eyemart Express/ The Eye Pros on March 3 they did a much better exam and the prescriptions were way off!! I got my new glasses with the correct prescription, I can actually see now, and I got my new glasses in less than an hour!! I don't know how Stanton stays in business, do yourself a favor and stay away!
