It was a fast and friendly environment. I lost my glasses and I set up an appointment online and was seen right away the staff was very nice, patient and I have no complaints.

Went on Sunday about 1 pm the lady that was at desk was rude she didnt even look for my sons type of prescription to make the glasses just said we dont have them . If you dont like your job then go somewhere else .

I went to get some reading glasses and I was sold a pair of bifocals or progressive glasses that I didn’t want or need. I see perfectly well. I only need glasses to read but was sold these that are more expensive and I’m having a hard time getting used to them I don’t like the way my vision feels when I use them and I look up or down, everything moves

Excellent customer service. I made my appointment and when I arrived to the store, I was attended quickly and I didn't have to wait. Everyone is very friendly and courteous. There is an abundance of selections and styles to choose for eye glasses. And they are well organized. Thank you for all your hard work.

I was given one of the kind experience
I was given assistance as if I was the only customer in the store. Associate Hitzary showed some wonderful manners and professionalism. She was attentive to my personal preferences and to my individual needs; I also saw how she reviewed my records, which made her more efficient and effective; plus, she educated me on my financial options.
At the end, I got what I wanted economically. It was due to Hitzary, for she was ahead of the game. She is certainly is one of the kind.
The whole Stanton experience was wonderful, expect me back.
