Starbucks Avis 

Went to the White Rose drive thru. After ordering and paying, I waited a long time at the front of the drive thru to get my order. I wasn’t aware there would be whipped cream on the drink and they did not ask whether or not I wanted whipped cream, which I didn’t. Please ask

Visited Starbucks new Cross, server ( Yan Dami ) was great. Polite professional and friendly. 5 star service - thank you!

Coffee very good, but not always been able to get gluten free flapjacks to go with my coffee very disappointing

I was served by an American woman, she was very abrupt and not listening to my order which was a simple iced latte and croissant. I had to repeat my order 4 times and it was still wrong when I got to the window.
I wouldnt mind if she is learning but there was no apology for her getting the order wrong and she was quite sarcastic in her tone.
Won’t be back

Starbucks Shrewsbury services- place was a mess, 2 members of staff miserable, took forever to get served even though the place was empty. When I asked for a cardboard sleeve for my drink the staff member tutted. I’ve seen more enthusiasm from a Dung Beetle.

In the Eastbourne high Street Starbucks in Terminus Road this morning Monday 24th August 8:30am. One lovely girl on her own doing an absolutely fantastic job running the coffee shop! It’s busy and she must be stressed, however she is constantly smiling and looks happy at work whilst running the place so smoothly and efficiently! Superb member of staff who is a credit to Starbucks. I don’t know her name but I hope she will be rewarded from this review for the excellent job she’s doing!

Terrible, avoid at all costs!!
Really expensive for half a serving. Bought a cinnamon bun, 1st one was hard and stale, they begrudgingly changed it, they had cut all of them in half as a portion!! No ice, so all cold drinks unavailable, no caramel syrup etc etc....Absolute rip off and they're not interested in talking, totally ignored with the attitude of 'Not my problem'. My advise is to go elsewhere in airport, plenty of choice, Starbucks don't deserve your hard earned cash!!

Well, went to services on M6 at Corley South and ordered latte. There were maybe 2 people waiting in front of me and then about 6 or 7 after me. 15 minutes later everyone got their drinks and I'm still waiting. I asked about my order and got no sorry or anything, just mere 'oh must have forgotten', still had to wait another 3 drinks before I got mine. Finally! 1 sip, 2nd sip and it was the worst coffee I ever had, too hot, milk not done properly, ended up in the bin outside!!! Absolutely joke of a service!

I am a regular visitor to Starbucks Carmarthen . I literally need to post this as they have the most incredible team working there. It is always immaculate . The tables are cleaned frequently they are always on top of it and the toilets which I notice always .
Just want to mention one member of staff iola she goes out of her way to give the best service to all her customers . I have noticed this on many occasions but today after visiting I needed to pop on anc give this review .
It is always very busy and iola goes out of her way to have a smile and keep things running well .
She is an asset to Starbucks also the whole team on Carmarthen really stand out to me and my family .
Highly recommend .

Now I very very rarely use coffee shops as I don't go out much so I'm not a coffee shop snob, I'm writing this review as a genuine first (and last time) experience of Starbucks...this was in Cardiff on the outskirts somewhere.
Picked up some egg sandwiches which were great and ordered a drink...now i order oat milk because other milk makes me sick...its not a total allergy but it makes me really unwell, guy decided to argue it was a preference rather than an intolerance but I didnt really get why so I just agreed with him because I was getting nowhere and being diabetic and needing food and drink urgently wasn't wanting to argue further (ps I want to note I wasn't rude about this as I'm not what people call a Karen) anyway I ordered something described as a cloud mocha caramel frappe...it looked lovely on the photos...a friend who was with me ordered the same but with regular milk...anyway when I got mine it looked like slurry washed up on a beach, my friends looked so pretty with a locely white foam and caramel sauce on top...I had to take medication so tried it anyway and I have no clue what that was but it wasn't coffee...the chocolate was very artificial tasting and because im always scared of making a fuss I just drank enough to take the meds and left it...I've only ever been to one other coffee shop (Costa) and they made me the most delicious iced coffee, gave me plant based cream and made sure I loved my drink...I wish I'd taken a photo and noted the receipt details but yeah I won't be repeating the experience...

I went and asked for a glass of water at the Village Hotel Starbucks and was told the company no longer allow staff to give water, you have to buy a bottle. This is during a hot Summer! Disgraceful! It looks lovely because it has just been refurbished, hence the 2 stars.

We were at Starbucks in Perth today. The coffee was lovely and the staff were very friendly. We had to sit outside because we have 2 dogs. The outside was disgusting with tables dirty and containers still on the tables. The outside floor area was really dirty, it had obviously not been cleaned in ages. There seemed to be plenty of staff on so there is no excuse for not cleaning and keeping an eye the outside. The areas away from the sitting area could do with some cleaning as well

I was at the liverpool Starbucks opposite central station. George served me he was so lovely , welcoming and polite he thanked me so kindly for the small tip I left. He was professional but funny as well wonderful member of staff

I know it a coffee shop, but it still sells tea too. The tea is so weak and tasteless awful. Worst tea had in a while.

Starbucks, High Chelmer, Chelmsford, Essex - My daughter went into the cafe today and ordered an iced drink with OAT milk, she requested this twice and the order was confirmed back to her with OAT milk. She had drunk a third of the drink when she thought it didn’t taste right, so She looked at the sticker on the cup and it had been made with regular milk!!! She was too far away to go back and complain, so she threw the drink away, was very upset and angry but also extremely worried as she knew this would now cause her to be unwell. She has an intolerance to dairy, hence requesting Oat milk. Clearly the staff need more training in health & safety! What if she had an actual allergy!? Staff need to listen more & take responsibility for their actions. Awful customer service, no care & attention and clearly didn’t give a dam to the fact oat milk was requested & confirmed and yet staff member still thought they new best and put it through as normal milk.

5 Stars – Exceptional Service Every Single Time!
I can’t say enough good things about the team at Alsager Starbucks. Every single time I visit, the customer service is absolutely top-notch! The staff here are consistently lovely, friendly, and welcoming—no matter how busy they are. They truly go above and beyond to make sure every visit starts your day on a bright note.
It’s rare to find a team that maintains such a warm, positive atmosphere so consistently. The drinks are always spot-on, but it’s the outstanding staff that keep me coming back. Thank you to the whole Alsager team for being so brilliant!

I order 2 milkshakes in Starbucks for my kids, paid over £11, one vanilla another chocolate cookie and I tell you most tasteless milkshake I ever tasted. My kids refused to drink, I dropped into garbage bin in front of staff. Not even close what Costa coffee offering for similar price, McDonald’s milkshake two times cheaper and five times tastier. Shame on you Starbucks to charge over £5 for crashed ice cubes flask of milk and a little bit of syrup.

A last resort adding to the appalling reviews for Starbucks. Their customers services are entirely anti customer. Nearly an hour hanging on the phone waiting to speak to someone - to no avail.
The online complaints are entirely robotic with no capacity to respond to a particular issue that doesn’t suit them.
And the coffee is dreadful.

I visit Ilford Starbucks almost everyday. Because of the delicious coffee and relaxing environment as the staff here is very professional and supportive all the time. I feel would like to mention 2 names explicitly Sidhart (Sid) and Kanika. Doesn't mean rest of the staff is not professional they all are. Unfortunately, I'm not aware of their names.

Went there thinking it would be like 6 pound for a drink and cookie? Nah 10 ass pound. They didn’t have prices on the drinks so I couldn’t see and then made me pay before I could even consider the price. Also adding 10p? Hello? Who the does that? Could have donated that to McDonald’s cancer charity but no ig not. Starbucks lower ur prices and get better menus and stuff in general. Also stop being tiki tiki and charging so much. Peace out Gooners.
