Great customer service
The products are beautiful and great value for money. Unfortunately, although packaged very well, my items arrived damaged. The customer service was brilliant. They couldn’t replace my goods because they were out of stock so refunded me immediately.
I would definitely order from this company again.

I ordered the wired drinking duck and was super impressed. It looks so expensive. The quality is amazing. It looks fabulous in my garden.
I loved it that much that I ordered the standing goose to go with it.. highly recommend.
The items came beautifully packaged with a personalised thank you card inside .

well I live in northern ireland and have had to get my parcel sent to my daughter in plymouth as you don't post to my address. she then posts it on to me. why can you not post it direct?

Unfortunately a few months ago the rules changed for businesses to ship from Mainland UK to Northern Ireland - However, I believe the rules are now that business to customers is acceptable without the need for customs etc. I am hoping to be able to ship direct to NI again very soon :)
