Customer Service was great when I had question about different shipping info. We love the overall performance of the computers and the design of them. Best computer we have had in years.

my PC got to me in the time it said it would it worked with no problems. they only thing i think need more work on is the packaging the box came to me full of holes.

The delivery was perfect. Nothing loose in shipping, no damage. Everything came installed and the operating system setup was perfect with no bloatware

My Horizon III came with no issues out of the box! Shipping took a while, but Starforge upgraded my CPU at no extra cost, which was very nice of them.

New pc came faster then expected (less then a week) had no issues upon arrival. Packaged very well. Systems been running great. And every question I've had has been answered by support within less then 24hours. Highly recommended 👌

Came on time and runs great! Would definitely recommend to anyone that wants a quality good pre built pc. Only downside is they don’t have a phone number to call for customer service. But the team is very attentive if you do have any questions or concerns via e-mail.

The entire experience, from website to unboxing has been the best I have ever had. Clear photos and description of the hardware on the website to the topnotch packaging of the product.

The price I accepted at their website was honored despite rising RAM/DRAM/SSD costs, which sounds like standard behavior for a company, but shady practices in this industry sometimes occur. E.g. Corsair cancelling orders and lying about "wrong price labelling on their websites". Therefore, Starforge gets full points for being OGs in that regard. They also were punctual with the ETA.

I still haven't been able to review the PC because I'm working abroad. My gf said everything arrived properly. Will update if necessary.

From the initial power on, this has been the best computer experience I have had.

Amazing experience, I got the navigator 3 pro and pc came in excellent condition. The game performance specs are accurate and pc runs amazing. Definitely recommend!

Love the rgb and how you can customize it. My favorite is the temperature one. Only issue right now is I only had it a month and the monitor keeps cutting out randomly. It'll work great one day then the next its weird..

The computer runs great although there are some hiccups i come across with my pc getting a blue screen and multiple errors requiring me to go into my bios etc.

Customer service was very friendly and communicative. My pc was packaged with such care and arrived quickly!

Everything works great but it restart or just shut off randomly...

Really no complaints. Was exactly as advertised and didn't experience any issues setting it up. Even switched over my old SSDs and I loved the extra space where the SATA ports on the motherboard are so you don't have to remove the entire GPU just to plug them in, a common conundrum in most mid-sized cases.

Computer arrived intact, well packaged. Set up was a breeze and essentially plug-and-play. Customer service was excellent. Well worth the price compared to competitors.

I purchased the terraria themed pc and am loving it. Was delivered in a short time and had no issues with setting it up. Will def be recommending them again in the future

Everything, from customer support answering a bunch of questions I had before purchasing to keep me updated with the how the build was going. And of course the PC itself is the best ever, a huge upgrade from a gaming laptop I used to have that was slowly dying. Very glad I never have to deal with laptop batteries inflating anymore
