I had a pc from a different company like Starforge that I spent a lot of money on something happened to that pc I lost the pc completely, the company wouldn’t do anything about it so I chose to try out Starforge. The pc I received sat in its box in a shed for months until I had a place to put it. When I got to boot it it it ran great, still running perfect now. I has a betting in a fan go out, it was replaced free of charge. Starforge is a great company I have and I will recommend them again. There pcs are a bit expensive (I had no experience in building my own) but there services are worth it. Thanks Starforge!

My experience with this company has been amazing from the start to finish. My son loves this company and have ordered a few times already. Had an issue with one of our packages, contact them and they were so helpful. Answered all my questions, were quick and actually have a communication with me about my package. That was amazing and will definitely be buying from here again.

I’ve had almost no issues with the PC. The only problem I encountered was when I first received it. There was something slightly unplugged, but I don’t think it was the starforge fault. In fact, it was probably just the delivery, as everything inside the PC was neatly and tightly packed. Not to mention, the customer service was also really great. They provided me with a detailed explanation of what could be the issue.

They made sure to help me with the issue all the way through the repair process and when I followed up they provided full details

Liars, scammers, and thieves. Avoid and run! Don’t walk away!
Spent a whole day fixing their mistakes and still had to take this to a PC store to fix their mistakes.
Headaches are not worth it after dropping $6.5k on a pc before taking it to the shop. You think you’d make sure you’re making quality, not crap.

Came sooner than expected and works great

PC began fully crashing 2 in a half months after purchasing. Emailed customer support 3 days ago and no answer. 10/10

I purchased a computer from Starforge Systems for my son’s Christmas gift, and I’m so glad that I did! This is a wonderful small business that really does everything they can to deliver the very best to their customers. My son adores the computer and has nothing bad to say about it. I 100% recommend them!

Build is good, solid, aesthetically pleasing, and relatively quick setup.

HOWEVER, could use better instructions. Included are GPU anti sag hardware and a wifi antenna which are both simply not in any assembly instruction, which slows things down unnecessarily given it's otherwise a prefab.

Built well and plays pretty much everything with little to no issue… now just gotta give it the ol’ Minecraft TnT test…

The quality of the components to choose from is great. This is the second PC I've purchased from Starforge and I couldn't be more pleased with the process.

Ordering was simple and easy product arrived quickly and setup was plug and play. The pc is working fabulously and ive enjoyed every second of it.

This thing is amazing. Works flawlessly, regulates heat flawlessly, runs quiet. Just an all around beast of a machine. I had a few set-up questions when it initially arrived and the support team was quick to respond with solutions. Will definitely recommend and buy again when it comes time to upgrade.
