There getting me out of debt without 18 calls a day and there straight to the point

Any good reviews about SNF are FAKE!!! They promised 50% reduction in my debts. Several of the debts were sold off to other collecting companies before they even made contact with them. Now I'm fighting a legal battle cuz they LIED about settling several of my debts. I have already paid in $32000 in 3 years and finally put a stop payment on my bank account. They had NO/ZERO documents about who, how much and what the settlement was with. I logged into their "Portal" and you can't access any documents from it. They have foreigners that you have to talk to all the time that barely speak English. No one can give you a straight answer...they repeat the same lies over and over. I had worked with a debt consolidation company many years ago and it was a transparent and seamless transaction. DO NOT EVER use Global Holdings and Start New Financial. They RUINED my good credit and they never came close to settling my debts. You will pay BOGUS fees like, service handling fees, Fake attorney fees and "certified mail" to send a check to the creditors...ya right - it's done electronically and when I asked for receipts from FEDEX/post office they said they "don't keep them". I wish I could get the word out to everyone about how CORRUPT and what GIANT SCAMMERS these Jerks are!!

When I found out that a 9,000 debt is now cost my mother 15,000. Because they extended her account for another year at higher payments. and now gets a collection notice And she's already received a letter stating everything was settled. And they are still taking her money. We need help asap. She has nothing left. And her fridge is empty. She only weights 105 as it is now its taking a toll on her health and getting worse because of this stress. Her account is under Lucinda P Barr. Its to hard to call I have a list of people we have talked to and I'm getting no wear. Its a big run around. Looks like my moms account was sold to global. My mom was told you merged and changed your name. That's a lie. And a fake check to a lawyer she doesn't even know. Plus her account we have the settled letter in hand and everything is paid for on her account. But she still has to pay again. I'm about to call everyone. She has paid double her debt. Her savings is gone because of this reduction in her consolidated 9 thousand dollar bill. I've added everything up and now up to 15000 I think someone owes her back this is crazy. 2years went to 3 years at 411 a month. I need to know why you changed her over to global? It was not a merge like she was toled. And a activity history for her account. She's called 23 times on this matter and no answers

They’re doing a good job getting my bill collectors to work with me on paying off my bills.

I like that I don't have to worry about missing payments. They take care of any "harassing" letters we receive from the creditors or law offices. So that's a weight of my shoulders. Every time I call them they are very friendly and polite.

I am very happy that one of my creditors has agreed to a settlement. So far that was quicker than I expected.
When I called to ask questions about how payment for the remainder for this creditor would work, the agent I spoke with was very helpful in answering all of my questions. She explained how I would continue to make payments to you and you would take care of making the payments. I asked many questions, and I have trouble remembering words to describe what I was asking for. She was very patient with me and would ask me questions to see if she had the right word I was trying to remember. I appreciated that so much.

Was online and having a hard time trying to understand some of the financial statements and called and was put thru to Customer service. They were able to walk me through it very easily to where I was able to understand it in minutes. Very friendly and pleasant.

Agent was very polite and answered all my questions.
