I had an absolutely terrible experience with Slice POS system. The agent named Andrew lied to me right from the start. He assured me there was no contract and that I could cancel at any time. I specifically asked him to send the confirmation via email, which he did. Believing I was signing up for a simple, month-to-month plan, I agreed and paid $89 a month.
Months later, I discovered that Andrew had signed me up for a 4-year lease without my knowledge or approval. To make matters worse, the price I originally signed up for doubled, and they keep adding new fees every month. It’s an ongoing scam.
The worst part? Every time a customer disputes a charge and issues a chargeback—even with video evidence of proof of purchase—they charge me a $25 fee. This is outrageous and completely unfair.
Slice POS is the worst POS system I’ve ever used. They are not transparent, they lie to their customers, and they do not care about your business. Save yourself the headache—go directly to Clover or another reputable provider. Avoid Slice POS at all costs. They are untrustworthy and will only cause you trouble.

I love them, extremely easy to work with. Even after I was almost two months behind on payments due to my work truck being in the shop for repairs. They still made it super easy to catch up with out the pressure…. Staying with them for EVER!!

Tech (Mikel) was fantastic and helped me setup devices in a timely manner. Sales rep/account manager Alex isn’t truthful and not the best at communicating. I would like someone new assisting me.

So before Justin walked into my Bait and Tackle store I was paying fees on all cc/debit card transactions...after speaking with him for about 20 min I realized i was paying about 20k a year in fees ...I WAS SICK seeing that number...I closed up for the season, 2 months passed and Justin was there 2nd day I reopened and I couldn't be happier to see him and sign up fast enough. Paying fees as a business owner in this day and age is just plain dumb and I couldn't be happier with not only the customer service he's provided me but also the machine, its SO EASY to use and they even put my logo on the screen. He came to the installation which was a breeze and also stopped in and brought me an amazing gift basket which I plan on eating all weekend... Since using it I have gotten my money the next day and not a single customer has complained about the fee...the amount of money I have lost over the years I could have bought a house in PR. Thank you Justin and Slice for all you did for me and opening my eyes. Customer for life.

I met Lauren through a friend's pet shop, and providing her with some helpful info led to work with her. I was really impressed that she made time to stop by my shop even when she was busy. Watching her handle calls with her coworkers so professionally earned my trust. I’m excited to use this card Terminal from now on!

Working with Slice and Justin Elliot has honestly changed my whole life and business. Before using clover I never had inventory or a POS system in my store and I have over 1000 bottles of liquor and wine. Justin spent 3 days with me and my husband here inputting EVERY bottle of liquor and wine and beer in my store while teaching me and my husband how to use the system. I am 60 years old and barely know how to use my phone, and now I know how to do inventory and scan bottles and do everything on this clover duo and clover flex, I’m amazed how easy it was to learn and use! Slice is so lucky to have someone like Justin working for them because he is truly amazing and I couldn’t be happier with my system and slice!! I would give 10 stars if I could!
