I had excellent service from the management of this company that seems determined to look after its customers.
I've had two sculptures from this firm now. Really recommend.

Really pleased with our sculpture. You always take a risk buying online, with the product not quite looking like it does in the photographs. This is not the case in this instance…if anything the sculpture looks even better in situ! Fast delivery and the chaps were very pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend.

We had just moved house and my in-laws had gifted us a statue for the garden.

We looked on line and found one we really liked at Statues and Sculptures.
When we had it delivered it became slightly damaged when being placed on the plinth. Steve at statues and sculptures immediately offered a replacement and this was sorted out very quickly.
I think the true quality of a supplier shows when a problem occurs.

This is a very customer focussed company.

The ordering and the telephone communication was good but the order was unexpectedly delayed. The delivery instructions were carried out as agreed and the Statue arrived complete.

I have bought several items from company so far.
four items arrived yesterday and and two were broken.
However `I made contact with them and they have sent out replacements . great service .could not ask any more

We ordered the statues on line for our Wedding Anniversary gift to each other, as the ones we had originally had been broken. The statues were delivered as stated and well packed.
They are smaller than the ones we had before and not as defined but we are pleased with them and they look good in the garden.

I ordered stag and doe large garden sculptures as a birthday present for my wife. The delivery time was stated as 6 to 8 weeks, so I ordered accordingly so that they would be delivered just before her birthday. I was very surprised to receive a phone call just after ordering to say that they would be delivered the very next day. They are too large to keep hidden for 8 weeks, so it spoilt the surprise somewhat. I was also disappointed to subsequently find I could have purchased the same sculptures elsewhere for £155 less.

Addendum:
Subsequent to posting my original review, Steve from Statues and Sculptures went the extra mile by getting in touch with me by email and telephone to explain how he had been able to deliver the statues so much quicker than expected. Additionally, without any request from myself, he refunded £155 to my credit card to match the other supplier's price, even though he was under no obligation at all to do so.
In this day and age it was a very pleasant surprise to receive such customer service, and as a result of this I have raised my rating from 4 to 5 stars. Thank you Steve.
