Great company. We bought a sundial for the garden, good price and great quality product. Communication was good throughout and extremely helpful. Delivered earlier than expected which was a bonus.

Really helpful
Really helpful - this was a gift for a friend and they kept me informed about how the delivery was progressing, and made sure someone was there when they arrived. I haven't seen the sundial,but my friend loves it!

Delivery was earlier than expected, only took minutes to install. Was given instructions on how to look after structure. Highly satisfied with process from start to finish. Love my structure. Finishes my garden off.

Resting Buddha Statue
This is the second time I ordered and received this beautiful white marble Buddha. The first many years ago when it was kindly well wrapped on a pallet ready for shipping to Greece where it worked incredibly well in our courtyard garden. Then recently I ordered it again and had to wait some weeks for it to come back in stock but it then arrived and is now installed in our sun room here in the UK and looks beautiful here just as it does in Greece. Very personal service and a great statue. Many thanks.

Thank you for your review.
As explained to you on the day you placed the order, the reason we do not deliver to Ireland is due to the very high risk of damage during shipping. In the past 8 out of 10 deliveries sent to Ireland are damaged by the couriers.
With regards to your payment which was made by Paypal on 10th May and refunded on the same day. The refund arrived in your bank account on 21st May ( after 11 days) as it takes PayPal approximatley 10 days after to transfer the money back to your account in which we have no control over. If necessary we refund all our clients on the same day and yours was no different.
If you look on the PayPal website it states:
If your payment came from your card, it will be refunded to that card. Depending on your card issuer, it may take up to 30 days to complete a refund.
In conclusion, we find this unfair you've left us a negative review because we cancelled your order and refunded you on the same day. In terms of customer service I can not see how we could have dealt with this matter more professionally.
