Charging more than agreed for early check in, poor facilities with small fridge and freezer that was filled with freezer frost so couldn’t fit anything in it, not good especially for a hot weekend.

As described, compact, clean & very functional. Parking was free but restricted to very small vehicle. Good location, quite. Would stay again if back on a buisness trip. Mark

Very good house! Very clean and comfortable! I loved everything in this place!

The location of this apartment in Swansea was excellent. It was quiet but very central, easy to get around and well linked with buses to all the major places of interest and walking routes on the coastal path. Accessing it was simple, although none of the lock boxes actually locked in the lobby so it would have been easy to access any of the others.
The apartment itself had quite a corporate feel, and could have been more homely. The kitchen was not as clean as it could have been, with crumbs in the drawers, a burnt pan, sticky cupboard doors. There was a stagnant water smell in the bathroom as the sink was slow flowing/blocked. There was no fan or any windows in the bathroom which also added to poor ventilation.
The bed had two sprung mattresses which have seen better days and had no mattress protectors on them, leading to an uncomfortable night trying to get comfy.
The sofa bed was a good back up if you don’t mind sleeping on a foam mattress on the floor as the fold out bit was more like a loose trampoline than a bed base.
We had to vacuum the sofa bed as it was full of crisps crumbs when we opened it.

Hairdryer supplied worked well, iron was present but no ironing board, no cleaning materials aside from a vacuum cleaner, a cloth, kitchen sponge and washing up liquid were present.

Fantastic customer service and really helpful staff. I could not recommend them more highly.

The stay in Cardiff was great,

We had issues with booking/sorting things out in the week leading up and Marianne was more than accommodating and so helpful, couldn’t recommend the customer service more!

The rooms were great although one bed had a small area with mould on the mattress that we raised and unfortunately meant one of the double beds wasn’t slept on.

Location was great and as mentioned customer services was fantastic.

Highly recommend.

The stay in Cardiff was great! It was really close to the centre and had a lovely little selection of shops and good places to eat really nearby! The hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond to anything we needed!

I booked a stay with Stay Right, but on the day of arrival I was contacted and told they could not honour my booking due to a “diary error.” They offered an alternative property, which we agreed to in good faith.

Unfortunately, the replacement accommodation was completely unacceptable. It was dirty, had a collapsed bed, a mouldy shower, and no kitchen facilities—none of which matched what we had originally booked. As a result, we felt it was unfit to stay in and had no choice but to find alternative accommodation ourselves through Airbnb.

We communicated clearly with Stay Right throughout, informing them promptly that the property was unsuitable due to cleanliness issues, mould, and lack of basic amenities.

It has now been over 8 weeks, and we are still waiting for a refund. I have had to chase them weekly for updates, and each time I am asked to repeat the situation from the beginning. I am consistently told the matter is “with management,” yet no progress or resolution has been made.

I am extremely disappointed by the lack of accountability and poor customer service, especially considering this issue arose entirely on their side.

The location was perfect as it's very central.It is quiet at night and no traffic noise or sound from pubs or the other adjoining apartments. The apartment is light, spacious and nicely furnished.The beds are clean and comfortable. It is very suitable for two couples and the two bathrooms make this practical . The underfloor heating is nice and the apartment feels cool in hot weather. It is homely and feels very safe and private.

I really enjoyed staying in this apartment. It’s a great space bright, comfortable, and just feels nice to be in day to day. The layout works well and there’s plenty of natural light, which makes a big difference. One thing I appreciated a lot is how quiet it is. It’s easy to relax or get work done without much noise.The location is also really convenient everything you need is nearby, and getting around is easy. At the same time, it doesn’t feel too busy or overwhelming.
Overall, it’s just a really solid place to stay . I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere comfortable and hassle-free.

We booked an apartment in the centre of Brighton for a long weekend. The communication from our hosts was brilliant and they answered any questions we had promptly. There was a little bit of confusion over the access code to the building but after a quick phone call it was all sorted, however we then discovered the lift wasn’t working (not the fault of the host) which made dragging suitcases up three flights of stairs not ideal! Once inside the apartment we were surprised at how big it was. It was light, airy, beautifully decorated and very clean. We were greeted with a welcome tray of milk and biscuits, toiletries in both bathrooms and all the cleaning materials we would need. The beds were very comfortable, the bedding was nice and clean and the towels which were provided were soft and fluffy. All the appliances in the kitchen were modern and easy to use and the cookware, crockery, utensils were spotless. The only niggle we had was that it could get quite noisy from the street antics down below but it was to be expected, being situated in the heart of the city (ear-plugs helped me to sleep). We were very happy with our reservation and would definitely consider staying there again.

This property is exactly as described. It is light and airy, perfect for 2 people and definitely will accommodate up to 4. The appliances are in good working order, the user manuals are available for reference (a real plus for those of us from across the pond) and the staff is friendly and helpful.

This is the second time I've stayed at this particular property, and I am very likely to rebook when I return to Swansea in a few months.

The cottage was in a great location, but has become tired and neglected from a maintenance point of view and cleaning was average. The place has the potential to be great with some investment: simple things no tv channels worked, front door almost impossible to open a close, old furniture, bathrooms seen better days. WiFi rubbish (and thus digital tv does not work)

SCAM SCAM SCAM ARTISTS - booked their 2 bed apartment 14 Cumrae Street Cardiff - the place NOT as described. Paid for 17 nights as working in the area £1352.24. arrived and clear the place was not as the photos. Damp, musty dirty, furniture broken, shower in the kitchen, the smell - omg. The damp up the walls. the bedding was damp and musty. Complained they admitted yes the place had a flood and they need to send a plumber in still and decorators and can we wait a week for them to do that. I said please can you refund - they offered 2 other properties - 1 is a building site covered in scaffolding and hoarding all around it - seriously. the other flat has poor reviews also on booking.com . I said well as neither are also suitable please issue refund. They have declined. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. Properties are not what is shown on thier photos, and they will take our money. Booking.com did their best but on emails to me they said they would sort refund - booking.com said they refused to entertain a refund. SCAMERS

We had a really positive experience with the host from start to finish. They were responsive, proactive, and easy to communicate with, which made the whole process smooth and reassuring. Everything was exactly as described ahead of check-in, so there were no surprises when we arrived.

There were a few minor points with the property itself, which we’ve shared privately, but nothing that impacted the overall enjoyment of our stay.

Just got home from a 3 night stay in Portishead, great place to stay with plenty of shops bars & restaurants nearby, house was very clean and comfortable and perfect for couples or a family with one child, access was straight forward with private parking close by. Will stay here again in the future.

I stayed in this apartment recently and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing.

The apartment was very dirty and there was a strong unpleasant smell inside the house. The mop was broken and the beds were dirty, which made the stay very uncomfortable.

Cleanliness is very important for guests and in this case the property was clearly not properly cleaned before our arrival.

I hope the host will improve the cleaning standards for future guests.

I love this apartment; it's close to the gym, restaurants, the city center, and it's super well-equipped with many amenities.
