Fantastic Estate Agent
Ross Pollock did a phenomenal job as my estate agent. Ross managed both the sale of my property and my partner’s property, and made the whole experience much less stressful. Ross communicated frequently and at every stage of the process and was always available. I would 100% recommend him as your estate agent if you are thinking of selling.

Amazing experience with Ross from Steadfast
Ross from Steadfast has been an absolute rock through the whole process. He sold mine and my partner’s properties really quickly and for great prices. He kept us updated throughout the process and chased up constantly to make sure that things were progressing with our sales and joint purchase. He has been incredibly professional, responsive and diligent. Buying and selling is such a stressful process but Ross managed to make things and easy as possible. I highly recommend him and steadfast!

Straighforward experience
Myself and my wife used David at Steadfast. We cannot fault the experience we had. One of our friends used David, he was highly recommended so we figured we would have him come out and value our property. We liked the fact he wasn't too pushy and didn't come across as an over the top salesman, he was clear and conistent with how he would market our property, and he was spot on, we had our property on the market within 2 days, 3 days later it was sold for the highest amount on the street. We found the marketing to be excellent, communication second to none, and the whole process was plain sailing! Everything was made easy as he was always available, we spoke regularly after business hours and we felt that we really mattered. David also recommended a mortgage broker and solicitor to us, both of which I can't speak highly enough of, everyone was singing off the same hymn sheet and we feel this is what made the process so smooth. Best selling/buying experience we have had by a country mile!
