Sweet Home were very professional and helpful, both with our own house sale and regarding the purchase of our new house (which was also being sold with Sweet Home). Both Caroline and Caitlin were super to deal with, helping greatly during a stressful and prolonged period; so much so that we came to rely on Caroline for most queries and issues, including pushing all parties involved to get the deals across the line. We throughly recommend Sweet Home :)

I am replying to provide the necessary facts regarding this situation. The reviewer voluntarily left the family home over a year ago and has not resided there since. As the resident owner, I was responsible for the property, and the locks were changed solely for my own protection and the safety of the household following documented incidents of domestic abuse and false allegations.

Caroline and Sweet Home UK acted with complete professionalism and remained strictly neutral throughout this high-conflict separation. Caroline did not ‘take sides’; she followed my legal instructions as the occupant to ensure the property was secured and prepared for a successful sale. Her suggestions regarding the property’s condition were standard professional advice to achieve the best outcome fo both joint owners. I rate Sweet Home UK 10/10 for their integrity and their ability to handle such a sensitive situation with total impartiality.

I had to sell my home due to a seperation, unfortunately due to circumstances beyond my control I had to leave my home with a young child, my ex husband changed the locks allowing me no access and also threw or gave away most of our belongings, Caroline didn’t allow me access to my home, saying that she was only doing what she was told by my ex- husband, even though the house was in my name, I had to beg to be allowed into my home to try and get some items after my ex left and she stood over me in my own home, which was filthy and suggested it need cleaned by a professional cleaner at £250, I was paying rent as well as my mortgage at the time, as well as fully providing for my child. I assured her that I was more than capable of cleaning the house, which I’d done so in over 15 years of staying there. My ex- husband and Caroline wouldn’t give me details of the solicitors who were dealing with the sale, which I find very suspicious

Please be careful Caroline and her company market themselves as being supportive of women who may be on their own or single mums, she was certainly not supportive of me
