Do not use. I genuinely don’t know where to start. They’ve lent to me 14 times in the space of a year( I’ve made a complaint to this which they have 6 days to respond to or it goes to the FOS). I asked for an update on the complaint as it had been nearly 2 months and I got a basic we’re still working on it.
When it customer service i think a child could do a better job, their live chat take hours to respond despite it being and urgent matter and the support email might as well not exist id say on average they take 3-4 days to respond
