I ordered a retractable self-defense stick, and it was defective. Once extended, it jammed and was nearly impossible to return to the retracted position. The company refused to provide a paid label for return shipping. When I sent the defective product back at my own expense, they then deducted the price of the original shipping (which had been offered for free) from my refund. It is incomprehensible how a company with such policies can stay in business.

Item never arrived that we ordered. We contacted StealthAngelSurvival and they just resent the tracking number. We followed up with other emails which they did not reply to and when I called and left messages, they never returned our calls. Sent email asking for refund or overnight the item we ordered and received no reply back from them. I would not recommend ordering anything from them. Now every time I see their advertisement on FaceBook, I will write a bad review. Companies like this give retailers a bad name.

Ordered 10 survival backpacks, received 5. They would not refund me or send my the 5 owed. They said I signed for the package, which I did, but only for 5 backpacks, not 10. Liars and theives. Take your money elsewhere.

I ordered a cross body canvas bag which is very poor quality. It's not even canvas....it's hard plastic. When I contacted them and asked for a refund...they won't issue a return label which means I pay twice for shipping. I will never purchase from them again. They don't care.

This is a terrible company! I received a bag that was severely deffective, and have been trying for the past two months to return it, without success. I just have been either ignored or gotten evasive or not-pertinent replies. Do not trust this vendor!

This company sent exactly what I ordered. It is a small survival/medic bag with everything you need to survive in an emergency short term situation.

This is a fantastic purchase and a great gift for any outdoorsy or former military individuals. This is something they will find quite useful.

Yeah not so great I had bought a flashlight from them the s3000 C E
about a year 8 or so mounts ago and basically just had it in the drawer for emergencies.need to break it out a couple of weeks ago and the damn thing would work it would come on for a brief moment and then black out
or just not come on at all.
So I contacted the company to see what we could do about this problem and they said not much our warranty is only good for 60 days.
So if you wany a flashlight or anything else that's only good for 60 days their your company.

We have ordered multiple times and have gotten great products. Very good quality and timely shipping.

Never had any issues in the past but this year i have been waiting since dec3 for my packages and support is worthless. Supposed to be fast shipping but its been almost a month and nothing. Items were supposed to be gifts but now it 2 days from the new year and nothing. I just want my money back now

I have yet to purchase anything from Stealth Angel because I wanted to read reviews here on Trust Pilot. So as I'm reading the reviews, an ad came across my screen FOR STEALTH ANGEL!! I had to lmao. BEWARE !!! STAY AWAY !!! I purchased a FULL-FACE gas mask (I have numerous Israeli Military Gas Masks with little round eye/viewing glass) and I wanted a FULL FACE MASK to adapt to my German Shepherd Dog, Marine, for his Search & Rescue duties where bad air is present.

The invoice receipt CLEARLY SHOWS I purchased a full-face mask and they sent WRONG MASK (with little round eyes) and want "ME" TO PAY FOR SHIPPING BACK.

It's been more than 20 days now and PayPal stepped in and gave me shipping money (a matter of principle, I can afford shipping but why should I pay for their SCREW-UP)... very low I.Q. employees at this FRAUD COMPANY. It should be called "Stealth Fraudsters".

The UPS receipt shows they received the mask now and STILL NO REFUND.

These people at Stealth Angel are HORRIBLE SCAMMERS.

They sell cheap junk. I bought a EDC bag, and in less than 6 months the main handle is splitting.
Cheap zippers, thin nylon trash. I only carry a small first aide kit, my glasses w/ case, and a power pack for my phone.

The worst customer experience I have ever had. Some snotty female called me after I had questions about my order and she was literally just evil towards me. When I asked if she is usually that rude to people her response was "yes I am". She should be fired.

You have some of the rudest people representing you. I asked for clearer instructions on how to operate the 2 solar power bank pros that we just purchased since the instructions we got made no sense at all, didnt tell you how to use it, charge it or even turn it on, and I was told "Look it up on line or return it". So that is what we will do

I purchased 2 different times from these people and they only will acknowledge one. The second purchase of the same jump starter was defective. It would not charge from day one.

Super fast delivery! Eveything is quality! I don’t belive any of the bad reviews. I 1000% recommend. Period. I mean I would add to the packs but I got a 3 person double backpack 72 hour survival kit plus another small kit. I have one more medical kit coming and I would recommend getting a bag for clothes and extra hygiene. Lots of socks

Stealth Angel Survival has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. My purchase was sent to the wrong address. I’ve probably sent 8 to 10 emails. They responded with coupons for 20% off my next purchase so clearly they don’t actually read anybody’s email that’s generated by a computer. I’ve tried calling the phone but you are referred to email, no person has ever contacted me. I’m out money. I don’t have my product( a birthday present) and I am so sick and fed up with organizations like this. Take your money in a split second but take no time to actually care about customers. I worked in the retail business for 30 years , Customers were king and queen. You don’t have a job and you don’t have an income without customers. This world is different now sadly.

I BOUGHT A SURVIVAL KIT AND TRIED CONTACTING SOMEONE BECAUSE MY ADRESS CHANGED ,,,AS STATED,CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE REALLY SUCKS..HOPEFULLY THEY WILL FIX IT .I WONT ORDER ANYTHING ELSE FROM THEM ...WHY START A COMPANY IF YOU DONT WANT TO HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE....

Bait and switch on the website. So I didn't get what I ordered. I got 2 piece of crap solar chargers instead. Neither work. They will only take a full charge if I plug them into a wall outlet to charge completely. I live in Arizona near Phoenix, "The Valley Of The Sun"! They won't charge in the sun here, all day. Don't bother with this shady company!

This silly thing only charges my ph a few percentage bars and then it’s out of power.
Don’t but one because if you do you will wasting your $$.
