Just got my tactical gas mask today
The mask is junk, it's made of plastic and I would not depend on this mask to save my life in case a nuclear attack happens which might. Good thing I purchased masks for my family from another company. I should of read all the reviews but I didn't and thanks to me being impulsive I am out of $129. I was not very wise. Buyer beware this company will not refund your money , trust me , don't buy thier junk because it is junk. It didn't even have the name of the mask or where the mask was made. If you wore this mask in an nuclear attack it will not save your life it's cheaply made . Looks like a paintball mask. Or Halloween mask. Complete garbage. They will not refund your money, if you try this process the company will avoid you at all costs , they will not give your money back. So don't fall for this scam like I did. I am not to happy with myself right. I am an idiot for not reading the reviews about this company first before I paid for it .

They sent cheap defective items that came apart almost immediately. Customer Service was a joke, no help at all. Posted a review with pictures showing the failed items and they deleted them, then had the gall to offer me a 10% coupon instead, as if I'd want more defective stuff.

Ordered 2 items , and they are cheep plastic crap . no answer from customer service

They sell junk and when customers write reviews they don’t post them unless they are 4 or 5 stars. Everything they sell is junk. Don’t waste your money. I bought solar chargers and none of them charge from sun. Only when plugged in.

I would give it -1 if I could. I could not get the flashlight to turn off easily. Every time I touched the device the flashlight or flashing light would come on. I tried putting it back in the box, light came on. Again, back in the box, this time flashing light. I contacted the company the day after I received it to send me a return labelfor defective product. They refused to get back to me. I had to escalate a PayPal claim which has forced me to pay $6.65 in postage TO RETURN DEFECTIVE ITEM TO SELLER. GARBAGE ITEM, GARBAGE COMPANY. I contacted them on March 22nd about returning item. Now April 29 and no resolution. I have returned item to company.

I bought a bunch of solar phone chargers last year. 1 for me and others for gifts.

Had it as a just in case of emergency item and when I went to use it it did not charge with the solar panel open in full sun for 6 hours. Wrote to see if this was a common issue to see if they could advise. Apparently they have a 60-day warranty and that includes the period of time they treat you like a valued customer. They wouldn’t even help troubleshoot.

Much like General Motors in 70s and 80s, this company is selling disposable junk that explains why American consumers turned to other countries for products. They make claims of a quality but have no interest in backing them up. I will not be buying anything in the future. The items people are buying from them in many cases are meant for emergency and survival, and I’m sure in most cases they are non functioning duds that will let you down when you need them. And possibly cost you your life.

I’m very disappointed in the product and the company, which is a shame because I’ve been considering this purchase for over a year.

First, I mistakenly ordered a 1 person kit. Within an hour I realized I’d meant to order the two person kit. So, since the order had been placed on a Saturday, I sent an email requesting they cancel the order for the 1 person kit. I then placed an order for the 2 person kit.

Imagine my surprise when I received an email stating it’s “impossible” for them to cancel an order once it’s placed. Seriously? Is Stealth Angel working with a 1950s era supply chain?

Imagine my further surprise when my order took 5 days to ship? Really? At no point could they have cancelled the order during those 5 days?

So, I revived two kits. But were junk. Honestly, put your own kit together. You’ll have better overall quality at a lower price. The backpack is cheap; the kind of material and sticking that will deteriorate quickly. I don’t think it would last a day or two in an actual survival situation.

So, okay, return it you say. That’s exactly what I tried to do. Guess what it costs to ship these packs back to Stealth Angel? $40 or more than half their value.

Think Stealth Angel knew that their goods weren’t worth returning when they told me they couldn’t cancel an order? I do.

This is a horrible company that sells a low quality, inferior product. I honestly wonder if they’re paying for their reviews.

I have purchased a few products and they have been a good value and are useful.
The reason for the low score isn't for the products, it is for the NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
No call backs, very long between email reply's.
UPDATE: After my 7 emails they have responded with going to ship a replacement for the defective product.
Lesson learned = BE PERSISTENT!

I bought 3 solar battery chargers. Got to hot I called and they said to return them at my cost of 22.00. Didn't offer to exchange or anything. So if you buy from them and the product doesn't work right it on you. I WON'T ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. BE CAFEFULL

I bought a solar powered torch from this company but found out it was faulty as it does not charge up from solar power. I have written several emails to them but they write back answering some random question which was not even asked by me. They have ignored the fact that the item is faulty and even suggested that I source a replacement part and fund it out of my own pocket. I asked for a replacement or a refund but now they have now stopped answering my emails.

I’m a retired Army ranger. The products I bought from this company are all poor quality bordering on dangerous to your health and safety if your life depended on it and you had no backups. The compass needle fell off inside the compass rendering it useless. The flashlight failed to turn on after carrying it as a EDC in my pocket for a month or so, battery was fine, the switch failed. The backpack is very flimsy. Definitely NOT MilSpec. They better step up their game or someone will sue them for causing harm.

Pathetic online trader. Avoid like the plague. I selected items and sat on them for a day in my online cart. I then got an email saying my cart was still full and was offered a 15% discount to proceed. Went in and completed the order despite the massive postage charge and my card was charged. Next thing I get an email saying my request to cancel the order has been processed and a refund is on the way. Sent them a email saying I had not cancelled the order.. Got an automated message that they would respond in two days. Nothing but silence...apart from an email trying to flog me the same stuff I had just ordered. Yes I did get my refund but that is not the issue. I suspect they don't want to deal with overseas customers. If that is the case stop emailing me....

What an absolute joke. Save your money people

Tried to cancel order an hour after ordering, was told 2 days via later, via email, to just return the product when it arrived. Fine, no big deal, except the require I pay the return shipping. I think this is crap. As their return policy states they provide return labels if they are at fault (which I believe they are). After several emails, my issue has not even been address or acknowledged. I've also left several voicemails, with no return call. This has been a horrible experience.

As a repeat customer of Stealth Angel I was happy to order a backpack as a birthday gift for my son in law.
Although my bank and pay pal showed that the payment went through immediately, I didn’t receive an order confirmation email as I normally would, so contacted customer service to check it had gone through at their end and to request email confirmation.
This resulted in a ‘conversation’ over four days, because SA were very slow to respond. All their emails were blunt and perfunctory, no ‘hi’ or ‘how can I help you?’ just blunt questions asking for the same info over and over. To be honest, I assumed it was a bot - although bots are usually more friendly.
After asking me to repeat the information and send screen shots four times, I asked if they could please just refer back to the thread so I didn’t need to keep repeating myself.
This request was answered with ‘you don’t need to be so rude’.
I’m wondering what’s happened to their customer service as they’ve lost mine and my family’s long-term custom through their rep’s lack of courtesy, and their poor admin systems.
At least the refund was processed quickly!

For three days I have been attempting to contact Stealth Angel with absolutely no luck. They have disregarded my cancelled order messages and sent the items to the wrong address.

This site lists inflated prices and then pretends to offer substantial discounts, making the customer jump for a "deal." Don't fall for it.
