I made a mistake on the address but despite repeated attempts to contact this company (starting seconds after the order was place, ) they sent the item I purchased to the wrong address. No contact, no attempt to resolve the issue. Just whoops you made a mistake, it's going to cost you.
Do not buy from these people.

I ordered a board game that was unavailable everywhere else (even at retailers). The order and payment went through quickly but I was worried as I ordered from abroad. It came within a week, without any trouble or damages - I could track the package through all its journey. I even found a cute little handwritten note inside wishing me fun with the game. This is the most excellent shop I have ordered from so far :)

I genuinely have to limit the time I spend on their website or risk courting bankruptcy. The range of products and prices is great, but you can tell that from their website.
What you can't tell by browsing, is the care and attention that quite plainly goes into all parts of their service.
Every individual item, hand wrapped and collectively placed in custom mounting and padded appropriately to fit study shipping packing.

As well as providing excellent protection, it makes receiving every shipment like mini old-fashioned Christmas, unwrapping brown paper packages and marveling at the goodies inside.
