I’m Extremely impressed with this company! They went far and beyond to swap one item I had purchased (part of a multi order) for another one and they refunded me the difference. The deliver was fast and I was kept up to date about my order along the way. Have bought quite a few items now and they never disappoint in quality and kindness. I would highly recommend!

Darn Brexit!
I am am an American living in Germany and wanted a specific American product shipped to me that was only available in the UK. Anne was extremely responsive and answered all my questions quickly. Unfortunately, with additional customs and tax the package required hefty additional payment at delivery. Darn Brexit! I will probably ship to my family in the US and bring back when I travel next time. Otherwise a fantastic store with great products and excellent service.
