As a company choice is very important our sink collection boasts the broadest choice with four material choices; Stainless Steel, Ceramic, Quartz Granite and Cast Iron and within these groups we offer a multitude of designs. We also offer the widest colour choices in both Ceramic and Quartz Granite sinks and now offer PVD warm steel finishes within our steel sink programme. With the choice available we know we can fulfil almost any sink request that is desired. Our tap ranges are a particular source of pride as we have specialised in the widest choice of styles and functions from Kettle, filter and Sensor functions as well as our unique Twist & Spray options with a wide choice of colour pallets including PVD and Nano finishes that will last the test of time!

Brilliant service and great products

Brilliant service and great products! We are returning customers and wouldn’t go anywhere else! We love our kitchen sink and tap and everyone always compliments it. We have just ordered another sink and tap for our utility. Great service and help again.

Judge a company by how well it resolves a problem

You can always judge a company by how they deal with problems. Sterling were faultless.
We had a new kitchen mixer tap which sadly developed a small fault after 3 years. It had started to drip. I contacted Sterling as there was a 5 year guarantee but expected little, thinking I would be 'fobbed' off but no. Shout out to Chloe, who immediately sympathised, apologised and confirmed she would sort it. The fault was quickly identified and a replacement part sent, received the next day and the problem resolved. They went over and above to make sure I was satisfied. I don't buy new taps everyday but if the time comes I would happily buy from Sterling again.

A Model for Excellent Customer Service

Unfortunately a product I received was damaged - a ceramic sink destined for my new kitchen. I contacted the company via an online complaint form and was amazed to receive a phone call and an email within an hour! The customer service was exemplary, I spoke with Becky who could not have been more helpful - she sorted everything out super-efficiently, without fuss and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this excellent company.

Superb product and amazing Customer Support

The customer service provided by Sterling is 'faultless'! They never fail to amaze me with their level of support. The products are of very high quality. As a tradesman I value the availability of 'All' spares and unlike many companies Sterling keep them. I searched for weeks to find a Kitchen tap that ticked all the boxes and found their Bellatrix model with filter. I could not be happier! Thank you to Sterling for raising the bar with your Customer/Technical support. and giving me the confidence to recommend you and your product to my customers.

Very efficient company

I have been a customer of Sterling for several years.
I had a problem with a cartridge leaking and within 48 hours it was all sorted. Great company and I felt like a values customer.

Brilliant customer service

Brilliant customer service. Attended a job that a previous plumber ‘couldn’t locate replacement parts for’. Contacted customer service and had new tap cartridges delivered within 24 hours.

Highly recommend these guys, will 100% be using their products in future.

My local plumbers merchant uses…

My local plumbers merchant uses sterling as a supplier. Although I have had this sink ( Tivoli Quarsil by Clearwater) stored for 2 years in its box. There were 2 cracks either side of the bowl and draining board. I would beware of stability of these sinks.

We’re sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with your Tivoli Quarsil sink. We understand that discovering cracks can be concerning. However, our composite sinks are manufactured to strict quality standards and are carefully inspected before leaving production.

We always recommend that products are checked upon delivery and installed within a reasonable timeframe. Unfortunately, we’re unable to take responsibility for products that have been stored for an extended period, such as two years. While we aim to be flexible where possible, this length of time is significant and can introduce factors outside of our control.

If a manufacturing defect is identified within the warranty period, we are of course happy to investigate and provide support through the original retailer or merchant.

We appreciate you sharing your experience, and if you would like to discuss this further, we encourage you to contact the merchant who supplied the sink so they can review the issue and advise on the next steps.

Good customer service

I recently had a problem with my kettle boiler tank, I emailed Sterling and had an immediate response. The problem was dealt with efficiently and professionally within a couple of days, their customer service is excellent, I thoroughly recommend this company, and I couldn’t be without my kettle boiler tank. Excellent Customer Service!!

Have a Tutti Tap in the kitchen - after many year of services it started to drip. Reached out to Sterling, who I can only say were brilliant to deal with - not only were the replacement parts available but were under warranty (was not expecting that!!). Posted to me and now fitted, 100% successful and 100% customer satisfaction!!

Great customer service and products

We've had a Clearwater kitchen tap for 6+ years and have been impressed with how long it has lasted given how much use it gets. I contacted the company about some replacement cartridges as they were leaking slightly and was thrilled to find out that they were happy to send some out for free under warranty! I wish other companies would follow their example. The tap wasn't cheap when we bought it, but it certainly feels even better value for money, given their great customer service. Thank you!

Sterling company stellar service.

We had an issue with our Clearwater Magus 3 hot tap. I emailed customer service and received an answer within a couple of hours. I’ve used customer services at other companies in the past and this is one of the very few times I’ve felt like a valued customer rather than a nuisance. Well done. Sterling service.

Brilliant customer service

I had a 5 year old tap - the sprayhead had broken.
Simone in customer service sorted a new one and had it posted within hours.

Good customer service is rare these days, and I cant thank Sterling enough for sorting this for me - and not having to fork out 100s on a new tap and plumber to fit it!

Tap was dripping

Tap was dripping. Cleaned the vale but still dripped. Contacted Stirling and even though the tap was out of warranty by a few weeks they sent me new parts FOC
