Medal not delivered and no tracking info given
I ordered a medal for my brother in law who is a pharmacist. I was notified of despatch but no tracking information was given then early today was notified it has been delivered. It has not, my sister works from home and received nothing yesterday or today. Customer service lines are unavailable today (Tuesday 19 Jan), no live chat either so left a message and sent an email. Would ask that you do not advise delivery has been made unless you are positive this is the case. I will update this when I get a response.
20/01 Lovely call, error by Royal Mail, not yet delivered but another being sent just in case it has been lost.

Great Products but bad delivery. This was due to Royal Mail and not Sterling Mint.
It was a very good product to give to those who have worked so hard during COVID-19 response

Took longer from order to delivery than…delivery delay
Took longer from order to delivery than was originally quoted and I had to email the company twice about delivery date as I was waiting on them as small gifts for key workers for Christmas. Finally arrived Christmas Eve afternoon. Thoroughly pleased with purchase though
