Bestelling geplaatst en direct betaald. Het product uiteindelijk ontvangen, maar de ervaring eromheen was niet goed.
Het duurde ongeveer 1 maand voordat ik het product ontving. In die periode bleef het lange tijd stil en moest ik zelf meerdere keren contact opnemen. Er werden verzenddata genoemd (o.a. 18 maart) die niet zijn nagekomen.
Pas na een verzoek tot terugbetaling werd de bestelling verwerkt en een verzendlabel aangemaakt. Op dat moment was de zending nog niet overgedragen aan de vervoerder. Uiteindelijk is het product later alsnog geleverd.
Het product zelf is matig en niet volledig naar verwachting, waardoor ik ook daar niet tevreden over ben.
Al met al geen goede ervaring door zowel de levering als de productkwaliteit.

I have ordered a Littmann stethoscope on Oct 18, and I provided the shop with all the necessary delivery details, including my address and phone number, and was forwarded to a DHL tracking site. I was not checking the tracking site for a few days, and when I checked on Oct 29 the site said that the parcel arrived to the designate pickup point on Oct 24, and was returned to sender on Oct 28. When I asked the shop's customer support why I wasn't notified of my parcel's arrival along with being provided a pickup code, I was met with a replay "I see that the parcel was not picked up from the pickup point", which means that whoever I was dealing with had little or no reading comprehension skills. Not to mention some replies took several working days.

As I was about to ask for a full refund, a delivery man from Hrvatska Pošta (local delivery provider) contacted me, asking whether I wanted the parcel delivered or returned to sender, to which I naturally responded that I wanted it delivered. When I inquired about how a package from DHL ended up with HP, they responded that they take over all packages from DHL, which I had no prior way of knowing because either the shop or DHL failed to provide me with the necessary info. I was also told that there was no phone number provided, which is factually wrong, and means that, again, either the shop or the delivery provider failed.

THe product arrived well packaged and in good condition, but either way, I am never ordering from Stethoscopeshop.eu again, and I am never using DHL as my delivery provider again because of an extremely poor level of customer service and communication.

Ingen klager.
Bestilte stetoskop torsdag og modtog det med dhl mandagen efter. Korrekt vare. Hurtig levering. Intet at klage over.
Jeg Har ikke haft brug for kundeservice, så det kan jeg udtale mig om.

Efter at havde sendt den vare jeg bestilt tilbage forventede jeg tilbagebetaling, for varen var i fin stand og deres klare retur procedure havde jeg fulgt....ved at udfylde en returformular som forklarede hvorfor jeg ikke kunne bruge varen- Mine returgrunde blev godkendt. Imidlertid vil de ikke acceptere min retur for de påståede at varen var skadet. Da jeg bad om bevis i form af et billede af skaden, sendt de et billede af en skadet vare - man kunne tydeligt se at det var ikke min vare. Efter at jeg sendt et billede af min vare (de kunne selvfølgelig se på min ordre hvad jeg havde købt) ved siden af deres billede af den forkerte vare var der ingen respons og ingen tilbagebetaling. Jeg går ud fra at firmaet - i hvert fald når det drejer sig om retur varer - er simpelthen fup. Pas på hvis du bestiller fra dem.

They did not have the product.
I annulatet my ordre.
They send a credit note, but the money never came to my bank account.

I talk to service desk they say they have the product next week. I order again, i get to mail saying they do not have product. Second mail they say the product is difficult to get. Bla bla bla.

I never got the product or my money back.

Bought a Littman stethoscope from them as they are recommended from the Littman company. Came fast, no problem with delivery. The stethoscope had bad acoustics and I sent it back as instructed by them to their service team. That happened almost two months ago. Haven't got a single update about it, I have sent e-mails to their customer support that aren't being answered and when being answered they just sent me the proof of delivery from the item when it was sent from them when i bought it! Nothing about the service status since i sent it back to them , like they haven't bothered reading whats the issue at all! Worse customer service i have experienced so far. I wouldn't recommend buying from them if you will have a technical support afterwards.
