GREAT STUFF
I’ve been happily using Stickergizmo for over 3 years to print stickers for my small business, and they’ve always delivered — but this time, they outdid themselves. Jack was incredible to work with. He helped me transform a raw design into a finished product over a few weeks, and his patience and responsiveness made the process so smooth. Even while the team was short-staffed, Jack made sure I felt supported and kept everything on track. (Good news — they’re fully staffed again now!) I’m beyond happy with the results and will definitely keep coming back.

Previously gave 5 stars on previous orders but service this time very slow. Person promised update and didn't call back and having taken the maximum time quoted on their website to produce and send my order their courier now emailed with a delay notice meaning with bank Holiday it could be over 10 days to receive order.

Good quality stickers. However there were a lot more transfer ones than vinyl ones but I'm not complaining.

Hi Alex, Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry you have had trouble with your delivery. I see DHL failed to deliver 3 times and in the end you arranged to have the item delivered to a pick up point - this must have been very frustrating for you. It is also very frustrating for us as we have used a number of different couriers and they all seem to have their problems. What is more annoying is we did everything correctly on your order but we get penalized with 1 star review which does effect our business negatively and for something which is completely out of our control. Unfortunately we never get 5 star reviews when DHL do deliver on time! I would ask you to leave another review on the DHL Trustpilot page here https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/www.dhl.co.uk as this is really where the 1 star review belongs!
