Ordered some parts from stocks they sent the wrong parts which i had sent a photo of what I wanted ,and they sent out totally wrong parts now they are paying me back £3 pounds out off £21 pounds very poor show I will definitely not be sending any customers to this dodgy company, plus I paid to return them the parts which cost me a further £. Pounds so total £29 pounds out of pocket good bye con artists poor show

In this case, the parts were identified by our technician from the photo you kindly sent us, and a detailed quote listing the part numbers, quantities, and prices was provided for your confirmation before dispatch. The items we sent matched that confirmed quote.
When you let us know the parts weren’t suitable, we accepted them back and processed a refund in line with our Returns & Refund Policy. Initially, we mistakenly refunded only one of the two types of parts you returned — this was an oversight on our part, and we have since rectified this by issuing a full refund for all returned items. Our policy states that original shipping costs are only refunded where an error is made on our part — as the order matched the agreed specification, this did not apply here.
We do understand this wasn’t the outcome you were hoping for, and we’re sorry it has left you feeling dissatisfied. We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention and will take your feedback on board to help us improve.

Brilliant experience
Brilliant experience. Full of all the answers. Dan the engineer was extremely patient and explained everything and more.
Communication was excellent throughout the purchase of my new machine and being able to purchase all accessories from the same place is also an added bonus.

Excessive Costs
I took my Brother PR680 in for an issue that had occurred , I had sent in a few videos of the issue,
I arranged to drop off the machine a few days later machine all sorted ,
I was charged for an hour and half labour to solve the issue, Turned I had the wrong bobbin in the machine ( school boy error )
My disappointment is that an hour and a half to sort this sounds very excessive at a cost of £160.00 , to me a professional company/engineer would of noticed this much sooner
So beware to avoid excessive costs and maybe shop about , as this was a ridiculous price , also when I got my machine home threads were tangled and out of the needles , I've had to re thread my machine
I will not to return to this company or recommend them to other people

Firstly we are sorry that you are not happy with the service you received from us.
As we have already discussed with you directly over email, you are correct that you sent us videos about the issues on your machine before you dropped the machine off. This helped us predict the problem. However, we were completely unaware that the incorrect bobbin case inside the machine was the cause of the problems.
Once the machine was with us, our technician completed an overview assessment of the machine's working condition. He then checked for general wear and tear on significant components that could be causing the problems. As this didn't give us any clear resolutions, the technician began to investigate further, as it is not immediately apparent when a customer has fit an incompatible part. After a thorough investigation, we saw that the incompatible bobbin case was the problem. Once identified, we fit a genuine Brother bobbin case, set the machine back to working order and tested it to ensure it operated in the condition you and we would expect after a repair.
The total cost of £164.11 combines our technician's time spent working on your machine at 1.5 hours and the cost of the new bobbin case.
I can assure you that all of our technicians are highly skilled, experienced and thoroughly professional.
Regarding your threads tangling and coming out of the needles during transportation, this is a common issue with these types of machines due to vibration and movement during transport.
