Steve was friendly, responsive and professional. He did a survey at short notice and was very thorough. The report reached me in full the day after the survey was carried out and even though it was late in the evening, he answered all my subsequent questions on the phone.

The surveyor responded quickly to my request. It was always possible to speak with him and he responded to phone calls and emails promptly. He booked appointment to visit the property quickly and submitted his report after the inspection in record time- within two days. We recently had a full building survey carried out by Stone Survey. They were able the carry out the survey and send us the results very soon after. It was followed up with a phone call to discuss the points of concern . As a result we have withdrawn our offer on the property and will definitely be using them next time when we find another property.
