Just applied solution about one month ago on both sides of a curved 50 ft retaining wall. Looks good some calcium seapeage at this time but appears to be keeping the water back

Horrible experience - but issue completely resolved!
Horrible experience. All the bottles came open in the mail -- and the USPS felt compelled to deliver it anyway. So I arrived home one evening to a USPS tub, filled with cement stain pooled in an obscure mix of all the colors I ordered. ALL of the bottles were open and had leaked ... and there was a long trail up my long driveway of the stain. It took me 4 hours to clean it all up. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FROM A COMPANY WHO SHOULD KNOW HOW TO PACKAGE SUCH PRODUCTS. Truly a horrible experience.
I'm editing this review to note that the company reached out to me to address the issue. While they are focused on the delivery (they should change from USPS or UPS to FedEx in my opinion), they did refund my full purchase price plus shipping to make things right. I appreciate the personal attention my review garnered and that the company responded quickly.

I just read your review and I am extremely concerned about what happened with your order.
I can assure you that all bottles that leave our packaging facility have tightly screwed lids and they are individually checked for leakage by turning them upside down before shipment. However, I hope you will understand that once we pass them to USPS their handling is beyond our control. I believe the box was damaged in transit by USPS resulting in the leakage. In fact, if you check the tracking number online they say it is still not delivered and it will be delivered late so they were aware of the problem.
Regardless of USPS damage, I want to fix this problem for you. We can either send you a replacement at no charge by a different carrier if you like (FedEx?) or issue a full refund of the purchase price.
I hope that you will work with us to resolve this issue and let me know how you would like to proceed.

We used sealer X-1 on new installed…
We used sealer X-1 on new installed concrete on Sept. 2013. From 2013 to 2018 with rock salt applied. There has been no chipping of spalding .
