All processes, adding funds, trading and withdrawing funds, were actioned without error and quickly. When using the chat box my questions about a withdrawal were answered fully and speedily.

Great customer service.
Having not traded for some time I had put on a trade but when I wanted to close it was feeling really stupid that I had forgotten where I could do so. The young man I spoke to on the phone closed it for me and was very helpful in reminding me where I should go to on the platform to close trades in the future. I am now reassured that I can ask for help if I need it. Thank you.
