Storage Works Avis

I have used this storage Company on a number of occasions since they set up operations at Old Sarum airfield in 2015. They have always been very helpful, price friendly and accommodating. Their site is clean, dry, warm and secure, with access when you need it. Simple systems in place to gain access and equipment on hand to move ones items in or out. An ideal method (and I have used a few around Salisbury) to store your items.

Storage-works Birmingham Bell Lane is excellent. The cleanest storage facilities I've ever seen and the most friendliest staff.Marcus and Richard are so friendly and professional they are a credit to the company

Really excellent service when I needed storage facilities at very short notice.

Used the Salisbury branch to store items while moving house. Friendly service from Matt & Mark. It’s well thought out with good facilities - trolleys, sack trucks and even toilets! I also bought some packing material from them and it was good value compared to places like Amazon etc.
Highly recommend!

Storage Works is great! Super helpful people.
The place is clean and well looked after, the security is good.
What's not to like!

I’ve been using this company for over a year and it’s been a flawless experience from start to finish. Always pleasant to deal with and always say hello if you are popping to your unit etc. Never encountered any issues during this time.
If I required storage in the future, I won’t hesitate to go back to this company.

Great service both checking in and out of the self storage. The units are clean and secure.

Absolutely brilliant service, helpful staff, safe environment and very secure. Would certainly recommend.

Excellent facility, excellent and friendly service.

Very clean and secure storage facility. Easy to access and the staff are very helpful . I would definitely use their facility again should I ever need to.

A great facility supported by friendly and professional staff.

Clean, convenient storage facility with easy access.

This helped to make my house move as smooth as possible.

Dave, Mark and Matt were great and highly recommended.

Clean, secure, accessible, very flexible and friendly. Storage works were brilliant at accommodating our requests for more storage as we came close to a house move.

Excellent storage facility with lovely friendly staff. Would recommend and will use again if we ever need to. Thank you!

I'm so pleased we chose this storage site. It's really well organised. It is easy to get to and there is parking right outside. They have flatbed trolleys and a large lift and keycard access to the storage units. I've also used their parcel drop-off and that is brilliant too.

Old Sarum's 1st Self Access Storage sets the benchmark for excellence. In my many years of experience of using various such facilities at numerous firms from '1A' to almost Z... they beat all previous encounters by a huge margin. Matt and Mark provide exemplary customer-driven service, helpful and as I quickly learned, scrupulously honest and fair, they run a very well run, clean and easy to use site. Three cheers gentlemen- I do not hesitate and am very pleased to have the opportunity to recommend you!

Thanks guys for everything! Having been let down on numerous times over the last few months, you quite literally saved us.
Very clean and secure premises. Would definitely use again should the need arise. Thanks again!

Very professional service and very friendly people. I stored my belongings for 9 months and everything was in perfect condition at the end of that period.

Great, clean, secure facility and does what it says on the tin.
Would recommend to anyone looking for small medium or large, short or longer term storage. Friendly and helpful staff too.

A massive thank you to Jeremy, Lesley and Martin! My Nan has used your storage facility twice in the last 4 years and the service has been fantastic. You have been so so kind, friendly and helpful. You made time for a smile, wave and chat every time my nan came in. I cannot thank you or recommend you enough!
