Vinh provided an excellent service, unit and facilities very good, clean and easy to use.

I have booked a 75 sq ft storage unit at Storage Giant Swansea and I was impressed with the service so far.

My enquiry was handled by Simon Powell, who was very helpful, polite and professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the whole booking process very straightforward and stress-free.

I am also pleased with the excellent introductory discount for the first 12 weeks, and the fact that I only needed to pay a £10 deposit to reserve the unit made it even easier to book with confidence.

Michael and Alex where both a great help and gave excellent service.Alex with the initial enquiry and booking and Michael for the finalising and showing me around .

Alice was incredibly helpful with our unit especially as we were close to the time of needing to either move our stuff or extend our unit. Highly recommend customers ask to deal with Alice, she made it all so easy and stress free.

Really fast and easy. Simon from the Cardiff branch was friendly and knowledgeable, he took me through all the steps and information that I need to know. The storage is really well priced as well. Great offer for students!!!

From day 1 of using Storage Giant, Bridgend we felt we made the right decision. The facility is well laid out, clean and super modern. We had a guided tour of the faculty before hand to ensure we made the right choice of unit. The unit we had was sufficient for our items and had easy access. We even bought storage boxes, packing roll and tape, another great service they provid on site. At all times during our constant back and forth we had excellent customer relations nothing was to much trouble, essentially if we forgot our keys, which was often. We would like to mention Courtney & Mike who are a credit to the company, without their involvement we would not have kept the unit for so long. Thank you for a great facility and service all

When I contacted storage giant, I don't know what storage unit i needed, after speaking with paul and other stuff members, I felt at ease and knew I am in good hands, and the prices are affordable.Good communication my property is in safe secure facility. Supportive and friendly and understanding.

It started with a phone call and I spoke with a chap called Ducan who was brilliant at listening to my needs and gave my useful and informative information. When I went into book my storage I was greeted by Duncan and Helen Anderson with a big warm welcome and a big smile. Duncan showed me the storage space and then Helen proceeded to go through all the paperwork etc. All in all they were very professional with a nice friendly presentation. They are both a true credit and an asset to your company.

Rikkey Kasilingam was excellent and provided outstanding customer service. I was contacted within minutes of my online inquiry he was pleasant no pressure but very interested in my needs and offered several options. As my position was influx he said he would call me back in 2 weeks and he called exactly when he said he would. I didn't secure a unit at this time because another free option arose - however I would definitely use this company especially this agent should I have any storage needs. Bravo

Great service from Alex. Very quick and easy to set up our unit registration and he was super friendly.

Well , im on benefits and reserved the unit in the ground floor . However , it was on the 1st on arrival therefore the removal company charged me an extra £25 for being in the 1st floor . Great experience, urm no.. it was Rhys that I dealt with and no empathy was shown at all .
