I’ve had a great experience with Storage Giant in Bristol. I rented two storage units there, and the location is very convenient and easy to access. The place also feels secure, which gave me peace of mind.
The staff are super nice, friendly, and always very helpful. They also helped manage my deliveries and collections, which made everything much easier and stress-free for me.
Overall, I’m really happy with the service and would definitely recommend Storage Giant to anyone looking for reliable storage in Bristol.

Helpful and friendly staff at Storage Giant Nottingham
Both Tom who I spoke with originally on the 17&19th May 26 and Nol( visit to their office 28.5.26) from Storage Giant at the Nottingham site, were very helpful, friendly and professional.
Made the process much easier having such supportive staff to assist.

Service was excellent. It was a particularly hot, busy day and member of staff was friendly, patient and efficient. Premises were spotless and secure, plenty of parking and very easy to find. From Michelle on the phone to the lovely guy I dealt with, I was very impressed.

Fantastic service, friendly staff
The contact right from the beginning on the phone with Claire was friendly and very helpful. We’ve not used storage before but everything was explained so well. That friendliness continued on the day we arrived to move in with Warren. He showed us around some available units to make sure we were getting the right size for what we needed. He was professional and again explained how everything worked so well. We feel really comfortable and safe leaving our belongings there. Thanks
