Really easy to renew my contents insurance

Very reasonable price for insuring belongings whilst in storage. Problem resolution: When coming to sign the paperwork at the storage company they realised that my name on my photo id did not exactly match the one I gave to Store Insure. I called Store Insure and spoke to someone who understood my problem and immediately made the appropriate change on their system and the new policy was with me in seconds. You can't ask for more than that. I can highly recommend Store Insure and would use them again.

Signup was quick and simple, with plenty of pop up info at every step. Would have liked to see PayPal option, as no personal info is entered while paying.

Avoid this deceitful company! I renewed my storage container policy whilst on holiday in the Caribbean and when I got to the payment webpage, I was offered the option to pay in XCD (East Caribbean Dollars) or GBP, which I thought was a little peculiar. I selected GBP, paid with my British bank card, with a British address and was quoted the total in GBP. After I paid, I noticed in my bank statement that I was charged in XCD, then charged to convert back to GBP and charged a foreign transaction fee. When I complained to Store Insure, I was told it was an error of their payment partner Stripe and they couldn't give me a refund on those charges. I finally convinced Store Insure to contact Stripe and THREE MONTHS later I got a response that it was my fault and I choose to pay in XCD, even though I absolutely did not, so no refund.

I hope that I don't need to make a claim this year, because I can't trust that they would honour the policy. I'm actively looking for another insurance company for my storage container.

So far so good. I haven't had to claim from them though, so can't speak to that. Hope I never have to! The price is half what the storage facility charges. So peace of mind for half the price.

Really helpful when I had a question. Explained the policy clearly. Website easy to use. Really happy with the policy and the insurance covered for our bespoke use.
Definitely recommend readying all the terms and conditions and policies as it is a comprehensive insurance and important to know the bits that are not covered.
