A word of warning to all Atalanta fans: your online fan shop will leave you high and dry when you need understanding, help and, above all, goodwill after receiving a product of obvious shit quality. In my case, the shoulder straps of my leather backpack (original price over 300 euros) tore on both sides (almost completely on the left) after seven, eight weeks, even though I never carried more than the weight of two laptops in my backpack. In response to my written description of the issue (including photos of the quality defects), the fan shop did not address the obvious quality defect in the delivered product (cheap leather? Made in China?), instead referring to the Terms and Conditions stating that an exchange is only possible within 15 days of ordering.
This means: if they deliver rubbish that falls apart on the 16th day after ordering, that’s just your bad luck as a fan. In future, I’ll just buy my Atalanta fan merchandise as fakes – the quality and for sure customer service won’t be any worse than what I get from my beloved club's official fan shop.

Was promised delivery of my package before christmas. Just recevied it today - 30th December.
Received no information from the store about the delay. Had to reach out in order to get any info. UPS first received the parcel 27th December, so they are not to blame.
It seems it was a local logistics problem at the store. - something you could have informed your customers about.
