Lawrence was really helpful and ensured that we understood how everything worked. He also helped to ensure that chair would fit into car and ensured that it would be secure whilst driving. Excellent service from all members of staff who dealt with us. Would highly recommend using Easy Mobility

I brought my elderly mother's mobility scooter to this company for repair. I got a call back from a man who painted a very gloomy picture about the state of the scooter battery pack. The batteries were distorted and a battery terminal connection was badly corroded. The power leads had been glued to the batteries which seemed to concern him. He didn't know the make of the scooter and was therefore unsure whether he could get replacement batteries. He estimated it could cost up to £700 to repair. Effectively it was a write off. I came into the shop the following day to collect the scooter and pay the bill for the assessment. My plan was to take it to the tip and arrange to purchase a new scooter for my mother. In the end I decided to have a look at it before scrapping it. After removing the battery casing I could see all the faults that have been mention above. I could also plainly see the battery specification on the side of the battery (12V 12AhH lead acid). A quick search of the internet told me that this was a standard mobility scooter battery suitable for many models. I order a replacement pair for £49.99. I also purchased a pack of terminal connectors from Halfords for £3.99 (to replace the corroded one). I believe the reason for the glued power leads was to ensure they don't come loose from the battery terminals, so I stuck them back down with high strength adhesive tape. The scooter is now back up and running as good as new. It seems to me this was just a cynical plot to write off the scooter so they could sell me a new one.

Footnote: Immediately following my Trustpilot review I was contacted by a representative from Easy Living. I would like to say the representative has handled my complaint very professionally and carried out appropriate corrective action with the store concerned

I initially just went ìn to have a look at the chairs to replace the one I had . Matt was really helpful and let me try all of them . I found the Whitgreave really comfortable as well as giving support . So I decided there and then to order it . I didn’t have to wait long for it to be delivered and I am really pleased with it. Super friendly staff whenever you go in .

Daniel provided excellent service at Easy Living Mobility (Wolverhampton). He was very knowledgeable about the Ravello walker and took the time to explain its features clearly. He was patient, kind, and gentle with my nan, making sure she felt comfortable and confident using the walker. At no point did he pressure us into making a purchase; instead, he genuinely wanted to ensure it was the right choice for her. After we bought the walker, he reassured us that we were welcome to come back with any questions or concerns. We really appreciated his professionalism, care, and excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

My dad needed a power chair to help with walking... went into easy living mobility and so glad we did.... very knowledgeable....very helpful but most of all very patient.... we actually went in a few times to make sure we bought the right chair for him.... excellent service and advice.... much better than buying something online that might not have been suitable.... highly recommend..

Can’t thank Easy Living Mobilty (Brierley Hill) enough for all their help in finding the right power chair for my son at the price he could afford . Matt was amazing. He had the chair sorted and delivered within a week . Andy who delivered the chair for a home demo answered all our questions and adjusted the chair for a comfortable fit. My son is very happy with his new (second hand) chair . Thank you Matt and Andy .

Hired electric wheelchair for long weekend with family, able to join in
with walks,sightseeing, visiting restaurants.
Returning wheelchair noticed walker (ravello) in store John offered use to walk try it out around Lichfield. On returning to store so happy to not walk with stick able to stand-up straight. John had one available in stockroom. John assured me would fit in my Fiat boot & it does very light to lift in to boot. Gained independence able to go out, bag on front of walker makes shopping easier. Can't Thank John enough. Annie & Jeff
