Purchased my scooter from these guys ever so quick customer service fab. Any queries I have had has been delt with by the staff. Delivery service was good they talked me through how to work it as sooo many buttons for this and that.

Absolutely awful experience with this…

Absolutely awful experience with this mobility scooter company. The first scooter broke down and had to be replaced, only for the replacement scooter to start constantly breaking down as well. My dad was left stranded when it stopped working while he was out, and because of his mobility issues he physically could not pull it back himself. It was stressful, upsetting, and completely unacceptable.
Customer service has been no help whatsoever. Instead of taking responsibility for supplying faulty products, they just try to charge more money. We were told we would have to pay a pickup and delivery fee, plus £70 per hour for repairs, on top of paying for any parts needed. After already dealing with repeated breakdowns, this is disgraceful.
They also advertise the scooters as having a long battery life, but in reality it only lasts around an hour before needing charging. Completely misleading.
To make matters worse, when I asked to speak to a manager, I was told there was “no point” because she would only tell me the same thing anyway. That response alone shows exactly how little they care about customers or resolving issues properly.
The worst part is how they treat customers once they’ve made a sale. Before ordering, they are responsive and helpful, but once the scooter is delivered they don’t want to know. Messages get ignored and support disappears completely. Then they still have the cheek to say “reach out if you need anything in future” despite refusing to properly help when problems happen.
I would never recommend this company to anyone, especially people who rely on mobility equipment daily. Faulty products, poor customer service, misleading claims, and constant extra charges — avoid at all costs.

I’ve had two products from Easy Living…

I’ve had two products from Easy Living and the staff are friendly, helpful and will talk through everything as much as you need them to. They are patient and kind which is a godsend when purchasing expensive products and when feeling vulnerable.
They also try to find the best product even if it’s cheaper than another. Christian and Nathan were especially helpful and kind.

Lichfield store excels

Visited store in Lichfield Monday 30th march when we stopped there for a couple of hours. Needed a walker for an elderly lady on a coach trip with me to alveston hall. John the branch manager was extremely helpful. I didn't want a new one as the lady only wanted it for 5 days whist on holiday as she had one at home which she hadn't brought on the coach. After discussing several options which were not possible, John went out the back found a second hand one which was just right; he wouldn't accept any money for it (as they only normally deal in new ones), even though I tried very hard to give him some.
The lady was chuffed to bits when I gave it to her.
Johns action really saved the day and enabled the lady to get around and enjoy her holiday that much more, going out on a couple of trips that she wouldn't have done otherwise.
With that kind of service I am sure all our passengers would use this store if we were local to that area

Alice managed my battery and charger…

Alice managed my battery and charger that I returned as faulty after charging it and smoke came out of it! I received a call from Alice advising the outcome of their engineers investigation. Her explanation clarified that the battery was fine but I had accidentally damaged it and shorted the battery terminal. The customer service side was great. I needed a new battery and charger. This was offered to with a huge discount and will be delivered to me within a couple of days. Definitely a 10 from me for both Alice and the company

Exceptional customer service

Exceptional customer service. Was kept fully informed of delivery date and time and told the name of the guy delivering. Lawrence phoned half an hour before he got here to confirm exact time of delivery. He showed me how everything worked on the scooter and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Would 100% recommend this company for purchasing quality goods with exceptional customer service.

Lawrence came out to our house to…

Lawrence came out to our house to deliver my Model T scooter,he explained very clearly how to fold and un -fold the scooter.
Lawrence showed us how to disconnect the battery and to make sure not to keep the battery in a cold place as it effects the battery life.
Lawrence also explained very clearly how to use the gears, brakes etc,also gave me advice to stay safe as the scooter is quite nippy.

A positive outcome following problems

**Update**
The measure of a company's service is probably at its most honest when there is a problem rather that when things go well!
Below is my original 1* review and I'm happy to say that now, with the matter resolved, I can post a more positive score.
My thanks to Alice for her tenacity in resolving the issues, for the replacement bag and for the promised refund.

I ordered a bag online and when it arrived it was much smaller than the dimensions stated on the website.
I called and spoke to a member of the team who said they'd look into it. When nobody responded, I chased it up and spoke to someone who assured me they'd look into it. When I chased it up a second time, I was assured that they had found a larger bag and that it would be despatched immediately.
It is now two weeks later and still no bag...
I have placed yet another call into the team today and am yet to receive a response.
So, the information on the website was inaccurate, the team (despite their professional and friendly persona) have so far been unable to resolve my issue and I am still without a bag for my wheelchair.
As you might imagine, I am not happy and this has been a poor experience to date.
