The Mountain Box Set
I ordered the Mountain box set two months ago. Since the album wasn't officially released yet, I expected a slight delay in receiving my package. It's a very special gift for my 12-year-old, who is a dedicated Gorillaz fan. After a month with no update, I contacted the Gorillaz store website. I received only a generic response. Despite seven attempts, I still haven't received the product or any meaningful communication. I'm extremely disappointed with the Gorillaz store. Having worked in customer service, I find this situation unacceptable. If the product sold out during the ordering process, it should be removed or clearly marked to avoid confusion. Please be honest with your customers, that's the minimum.
