Ben Watts provided a lot of support across the multiple stages of the interview process. He kept me in the loop in terms of what would be expected from me meeting with the various people and positions that I did.

My best interests were his best interests which felt great. I did not feel pressured into taking the position and I was given a lot of time to express my thoughts and feelings for going forwards. Great experience all around!
