I wish I had read these reviews before this company is a scam. Cheap plastic goods nearing no resemblance to whst is advertised avoid at all costs!

Thought I'd try my luck with one of their 'Stetson' straw hats - down to £49.99 in the sale.

Arrived this morning, completely crushed, poor excuse for packaging and definitely a cheap China knock off. Looks absolutely ridiculous and wouldn't have paid a single solitary pound for it.

Luckily purchased using klarna, and I'm glad they did as they have frozen the order and raised a chargeback.

I've seen from the reviews that they are 'Lax' in responding, but after complaining to Klarna, they seemed to be emailing me about the chargeback within minutes, asking why I felt the product was 'unsatisfactory'... 🤣 the audacity of it.

Stay away from Stornfield, absolute scam of a site. Anyone else waiting on an order, don't hold your breath.

I'm absolutely livid that I was fooled into buying 2 items when I only wanted 1. I purchased a fan last night, it gave me an option of purchasing 2, with the second at a reduced cost, so without realising they would immediately complete the sale, without even knowing what the cost of the second fan would be. I have 2 on the way. I immediately emailed them to cancel the order, then again today when they said the order was on the way. Completely ignored. I can't do anything through my bank because the payment is still pending. I am absolutely sick of being ripped off.

They are selling scam products. Utter cheap crap. Avoid

It won’t allow me to make this a one star review ! But let me start of by saying that email the support email is pointless it bounces back .. they don’t tell you the goods are coming from China and it can take weeks .. no communication whatsoever .. simply another online retailer who doesn’t have anything you order and takes the money and then delivers when it likes ..
would I recommend them .. NO .. not fit for purpos ..

do not under and circustnaces order anything from this company goods arrived damged looked like a joke box then try to sign you up for anti virus if you dare download the app i contacted my bank and have started a refund via visa they offered me 30% refund it is a total scam avoid people

Please do not let yourself fooled by the product you see on their web shop and prices.
I have orders an item that looked too good to be true and indeed it was.
I received instead the cheapest version that it didn’t looked the same and it made everyone to have a good laugh of me
Luckily I had purchase using PayPal and had to get them involved to recover my funds paid for the product.

CANNOT GET A HOLD OF ANYONE AS THE “GET IN CONTACT” EMAIL DOES NOT WORK. HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT VIA WEBSITE WITH ALSO NO RESPONSE. EITHER REFUND ME FOR THE PRODUCT OR I WILL DISPUTE IT WITH MY BANK. SH”TSHOW OF COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I have attempted to contact the “help” stornfoeld e mail address, and every attempt has failed to be delivered,.
In tracking, my paid for product , its “in transit”, ten days and no update from stornfield, I don’t think I will use or recommend them, I only hope the product does what is expected

I paid £43.99 for a HIGH PRESSURE ROTATING TRIPOD SPRINKLER.The delivery email was I think in French.Opening it was clear that it was of a inferior design.It leaked on first use and only put water on the circumference.It was not adjustable.I tried about 3 times to email their support and the emails failed.There is no telephone number or any other way of contacting them

I purchased a summer door wreath. When it arrived,it is nothing like the picture online. It is cheap,fake plastic rubbish. It was £26.99 ,but not even worth. £6.99. It certainly was not as described. I have complained, but I am not hopeful of a response. It did say the original price was £147.99. Misleading advertising.

This company will sell you rubbish. Nothing.like what you order. Paid £18 for something worth 50 pence

I ordered a Stornfield | High Pressure Rotating Tripod Sprinkler at £43.99. It looked good on the picture and seemed to be just what we wanted.
It arrived after quite a long time well over a week. I kept getting messages from another firm called Nevosa in French. It arrived and we connected it all. It was very very light and flimsy. Water sprayed from the top rather pathetically but also leaked from a joint that was factory assembled. I have had endless emails from Stormfield/Nevosa to say I would get a replacement then they hastily retracted that and said I could have 10% Refund + 50% Voucher (GBP 4.40 refund + GBP 22.00. Or I could send it back to Canada at my own expense. They say their professionals have seen my photos and my stills from a video (they claim they cannot watch videos) and they can see nothing wrong with it. This company is probably is based in China and not Canada-who knows- but do not deal with them. I feel I have been totally scammed. Really dreadful.

Shoes arrived but too big, I have tried to contact this company by email 5 times and used there contact form the same but the emails keep coming back saying cannot be delivered and this is the only way to contact this company to arrange a returns.
The shoes were not cheap and now I have 14 days from delivery to return these but looks like I will not be able to return absolutely shocking company.

No communication back after sending numerous emails , I feel like I have been scammed as unable to return my items . I wish I had read reviews before I purchased but my granddaughter decided that she liked the particular product and it is not worth the money I paid . Learnt a lesson I won’t get caught out again so all I can say is don’t buy from this company ever .

Please read all reviews before you buy, they have to be the worst company I've ever dealt with, and I've dealt with some very poor companies in my time. I'm trying to return an item, they state by doing this, you must send an e-mail to the e-mail address they have put on the contacts and I've now sent 4 e-mails asking for a returns note and what a surprise it says this e-mail address isn't responding.

Bought a beach towel which doesn’t do what it claimed to do. Complained and got quite a quick reply but only offering 10% refund £3.50, or needed to pay to return the item to Canada! Took ages to deliver it too. Incredibly disappointing. Would recommend not dealing with this company actually. Wish I’d read these reviews before I purchased.

Do not use. 6 reviews in May 26 all 1 star says it all! Product received was not as described on website. More annoyingly, before ordering I checked with customer service, that the description on website was accurate. UK based website, but I doubt based in UK.

Have just tried to return item, and they refuse to pay postage. Item cost £28 and postage to return to Canada is £16!! AVOID THIS COMPANY
